Miss Socks was an outdoor cat that I had been feeding and keeping an eye on for the past two years. She has always very friendly so I suspected someone either owned her currently or previously. We had a heavy snowfall in February, so I was able to catch her and bring her inside. We learned not only that she was chipped but that she is 15 years (now 16!) old. We were unable to get in touch with the previous owners as their info had not been updated since 2013, so I would like to find a good home for her to live out her twilight years! She’s very sweet, but likes her space. She’s very quiet and well-behaved but has no issue expressing her opinion! She just really needs a home where she is the only cat or with another senior cat that will give her space as she is incompatible with my two and six year old who are determined to be her friends. She’s FeLV/FIV negative and just got a beautiful senior profile, so she’s healthy and hearty!

She was found on the street 3 days before her permanent eye color came in. I’m looking for someone who is kind and needs someone to love. Like a said Tigger is loves people and once she is comfortable with you will want to be with you all the time. She sleeps in the bed most nights and loves a soft fuzzy blanket.
