Story
I adopted my cat when he was just a few weeks old from pet store. It's only been me taking care of him and he's has only been consistently exposed to one caretaker, so he is really shy and cautious around new people and unfamiliar environments at first. Once he becomes comfortable, he has a sweet and gentle personality. He is affectionate in his own way and bonds closely with the person he trusts. He has been a well-behaved and calm companion in a quiet home setting. Due to a change in living situation where pets are not allowed I am now looking for a safe and patient home for him. He would do best with someone who can give him time to adjust and allow him to build trust at his own pace.My main priority is finding a stable, caring home where he will be treated gently and given the time he needs to feel secure.- fee is for everything he's coming with (litterbox, water fountain, food dispenser, toys, brush/nail clipper, etc.)

Story
Spicy is an awesome cat!!! She sticks to herself unless she wants food and doesn’t require a lot of attention. I found her in the back yard as a 3 week old kitten. All shots are up to date. Kinda on the chubby side. Gets along great with dogs. I can’t keep her because I’m over the legal limit in Ga.

Story
Apollo is extremely shy and loving. He is capable of being around children that are gentle with him without scratching or biting. But he is still less than a year old so he does still play bite and playfully scratch very rarely. He has only every scratched me twice by accident during play time in the 8 months I've had him. He is scared of big dogs but medium and small dogs he does well with after some time to get to know them. Loud barking does scare him though. He's very energetic and curious. If he manages to get outside. He always comes back for food within an hour or 2. He is capable of being an indoor or outdoor cat or a mixture but if possible. I'd prefer a mixture since he very much loves and craves attention and will sometimes meow if you dont. This would be his 4th time moving somewhere new and I am worried for him. I am willing to give all of my supplies with him and food as well. Please take care of my baby. I didn't want to give him away but I have no choice. He is amazing.

Story
Martini was given to us as an outside cat, she was essentially a stray therefore we don’t have much knowledge on what all shots she has gotten and we recently found out that she is not spayed. She is very loving and sweet, always rubbing her head on you but doesn’t enjoy being picked up. She is about 6 months old so she’s still fairly young. She enjoys being both outside and inside and gets along well with other cats but is very scared of dogs. Unfortunately for some reason our other cat has started trying to fight her so that is the only reason we can’t keep her.

Story
Miss Socks was an outdoor cat that I had been feeding and keeping an eye on for the past two years. She has always very friendly so I suspected someone either owned her currently or previously. We had a heavy snowfall in February, so I was able to catch her and bring her inside. We learned not only that she was chipped but that she is 15 years (now 16!) old. We were unable to get in touch with the previous owners as their info had not been updated since 2013, so I would like to find a good home for her to live out her twilight years! She’s very sweet, but likes her space. She’s very quiet and well-behaved but has no issue expressing her opinion! She just really needs a home where she is the only cat or with another senior cat that will give her space as she is incompatible with my two and six year old who are determined to be her friends. She’s FeLV/FIV negative and just got a beautiful senior profile, so she’s healthy and hearty!

Story
Meet Tigger — Your New Snuggle Buddy Tigger is a gentle, affectionate sweetheart who’s ready to fill his forever home with warmth and companionship. This sweet boy loves to cuddle and will happily curl up with you for snuggles any time of day. He’s a calm, easygoing companion who even sleeps through the night like a pro! Tigger is FIV positive, but he’s stable, thriving, and full of love to give. FIV cats can live long, happy lives with proper care, and Tigger is no exception. Because FIV can be transmitted from cat to cat, it’s best for him to live as the only cat or with other friendly FIV+ companions to ensure a peaceful, safe environment for everyone. Although he’s not interested in going outdoors, Tigger more than makes up for it with his quirky, playful personality inside the home. He has a special talent for turning everyday objects into toys and loves chasing and playing with toy cars more than anything else. He is a sunshine seeker and can often be found lounging in front of a sunny window, soaking up the warmth. Tigger is independent, low-maintenance, and gets along wonderfully with polite dogs and is gentle and patient with kids. If you’re looking for a loving, snuggly, easygoing cat with a big heart and a fun personality, he just might be your perfect match. If you are interested in meeting Tigger, please contact Stacy at (706) 589-3457. Disclaimer: All pets posted and adopted through Neighborhood Pets are not members of Paws Humane Society.
