Foo Foo is still a little hissy, but it is more of a show than a threat. He just hasn't received as much love as some other cats, so he is learning humans. He also isn't fully vetted yet, he needs another vaccine before he can be adopted, but we just had to get this handsome fellow's face out there!! What do you think?

Don't judge Nyx by her face. She doesn't always have that scowl. Another cat was eyeballing her cat food while her picture was being taken. She is a sweet girl who came to us from a neighboring animal control. It turned out she was already spayed, which means at one time she must have had a family. She didn't tell us what happened to separate them, but we are hoping to find this lovely lady a new family that she can stay with for the rest of her life. She is an older kitten, not quite a year old. She was nervous when she came into our shelter and hid a bit in the back of her kennel, but now she loves to be petted.Nyx's adoption fee is $150. She is now also vaccinated, combo tested and microchipped. If you've been waiting for a black cat in your life, she may very well be the one. Let us know and we will set up a meet and greet with her.
