Story
Adoptable sweetheart Jet is doing an amazing job in her foster home! She hangs out so nicely with her dog foster-sibling! Her foster did a proper introduction and Jet has been doing so awesome with her new pooch friend! So, if you have a cat-friendly dog who needs a feline friend, call us at 219-872-4499! But first, a few more details about Jet! This kitty has started to shine, shine, shine since being in her foster home. She makes biscuits while snuggling close to you, she plays and chases feathery toys, she is so interactive, and she would be the best cat to adopt for someone who is looking for a lazy but alert and social cat. Plus, those polydactyl paws and her purrfect purrs create the most soothing environment after a long day at work Jet is about six years old and is spayed.

Story
Where to start with telling you about Emery? Well, she loves to play with toys. Her paws are so fast and she is content to lay on her back and let her paws fly! She has so much fun. And we have so much fun playing with her, too! She loves to sprawl out on her cat tower and watch what is going on outside. Her eyes dart back and forth when she sees the birds. She is an inquisitive girl! If you knew what Emery looked like when she first arrived, you wouldn't believe she was the same cat. She hardly had any fur and her skin was not in good condition. She has since healed beautifully and now has the most gorgeous, soft, silky fur. She can be reserved initially but once you have been with her for a little bit, she melts into all the affection. We think she'd enjoy the company of other friendly felines. The amount of love that this little 5-pound lovebug has to offer is endless. She is about two years old and is spayed.

Story
Star is one of those kitties with a big personality who has us all wrapped around her paws! It's ridiculous how much we love this girl! She is the ultimate character and is constantly making us smile and bring us happiness and joy. She loves food and likes to open cabinets and hide in them while she is looking for snackies. When we are having lunch, Star is right there. This girl never misses an opportunity for a treat! She is just the most unique, hilarious girl! Star will chirp when she hears the treat bag! Most of the time, you can find her dozing off in a sunray but when she sees you, she'll run right up to say hello! She will get up to play with feathery toys now and then, though! Kiddos in her home should be about 10ish and up and she'd prefer no other kitty friends. Star is about six years old and is spayed.

Story
Hi, new friends. I'm Hunter! I am a five-year-old good boy and boy, oh boy, do I love food! Churus? YUM! Catnip? Absolutely! Delicious, delicate fishy snackies? Oh, yes. Food, any food! I love it all! I don't even want anyone to question how much I love food so if I see that you have a treat that I may want, I like to meow to let you know. The humans will tell you that my meow is so unique and they always know it is me who is asking for it to be snacktime! I've done quite well when I am out in kitty playgroups. But I am also good to be on my own. Either way, I don't really have a preference. I just want to make sure I have your attention and I am good to go! I really like to play, too. Pipecleaners and those crinkly toys are irresistible. Allllllmost as irresistible as yummy treatos but let's not go that far. I know I will bring so many smiles into your life. And I know that because the humans at the shelter are always telling me how much they love me and enjoy being around me. I'm neutered so please come meet me. Love, Hunter.

Story
This big guy is Dan! He is a quiet and relaxed fellow who enjoys others who are equally easy-going. We're so in love. He would be the most amazing best friend if you are the lucky one to adopt him. The best thing about Dan is how he wants to be near people but can be independent if you are busy. He likes to lay on his soft beds and will take several cat naps throughout the day. When you get back home, based on what we see in the shelter, we think he'll either be right there greeting you or will be saving you a spot on the couch to snuggle up next to him. His ideal home would be one where there isn't a lot of commotion and craziness. A calm home setting where he can be the apple of your eye as the only furbaby is perfect in his eyes. Kiddos should be old enough to be able to be respectful and gentle around him. Dan's interest is piqued when he sees toys and feathers. Dan loves catnip and is quite the nosey guy! He may be reserved but he always wants to know what is going on. He is about six years old and is neutered. We love him so much.

Story
Hey there, my name is Yuma. Are you an introvert? Do you prefer to stay home and read? Guess what? I'm somewhat introverted, as well, and am looking for an adopter who has the same preferences. Quiet and calm are my preferred speeds. Loudness and business are for the birds! Speaking of birds, how great would it be if I had a window sill to perch on in my new home? I'd love to keep an eye on those birdies and bask in the sunshine. I love to curl up in my bed and take naps. I'm not too crazy about playing hyper games; I'm more of a, "Hey, let's cuddle and just chill" type of lady. Would you be willing to be patient with me while we get to know each other? When I am comfortable, I roll over for belly rubs and I stretch my pawsies as far as they go! I don't need affection and love all the time; I'm a well-balanced girl and am okay to be independent sometimes, too. Please come meet me. I'm about five years old and I'm spayed. Please ask to see me when you arrive. Love, Yuma.
