Story
Lennon is a distinguished gray fellow. He was hanging around a lake property all fall, and was able to spend harsh winter nights in their garage. He was friendly, and social, but he wanted in - and they couldn't really take him in. So he was surrendered to Heartland in hopes that he would find a forever home and family. Lennon is a calm and gentle boy. He loves to be petted, and even brushed (including brushing his belly). ##2677689##

Jasmine is a beautiful and gentle calico. She is as sweet as can be when it comes to humans, but would prefer not to share her home with too many other cats. Jasmine is about a year an half old. She is still young enough to play when encourged, and likes petting and cuddling. Come see her at the Mishawaka PetSmart this week, fill out an application, and one of our volunteers will come in to let you meet her and perhaps adopt. ##2677661##

Lexi is a true rescue, a sweet but very timid little kitten, who will need an adopter with patience. She currently spends lots of her time hiding in a box or basket. This 3 month old baby has had a lot of changes in her life recently. She spent two days in a van coming from Kentucky to Michiana, was in one foster home, then had to be moved to another. But she loves to play and playing may be the way to get her more comfortable. Will she ever be a girl who loves to cuddle? My guess is that she will, but it will take some time and understanding and kindness. ##2669682##
