Story
This kitty is in a foster home! Fill out the adoption application if interested in meeting her https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Meet Rosie, a gentle, fluffy 10 year-old domestic long hair with a heart as soft as her beautiful coat. Rosie experienced trauma in the first three years of her life and that's left her feeling cautious and shy. When she feels safe, you couldn't ask for a sweeter, more affectionate girl. Rosie needs to be the only animal in the household. She would do wonderfully in a quieter environment where she can feel safe and cherished—whether that’s with a single person, a couple, or a family with older children who understand her need for calm. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will bring warmth, beauty, and quiet joy into your life (she has the softest meow!), she might just be your new good friend.

Story
Appply to adopt at Www.lazycatloungecafe.com if you are interested in meeting her. She is not in the cat Cafe. Meet Darla. The good: She is the cutest young lady. She is playful and great with small kittens and will groom and play with them. She likes kittens but she She is not good with adult cats. The not so good: She's not great with strangers and will chomp if she's overstimulated. She is in love with some of the staff she sees every day, so does bond strongly with people and will probably be better in a calmer environment. Are you a cat savvy person ready to give this spicy lady a home? No kids pls.

Story
https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ if interested in meeting her Millie is a beautiful 2 year old Tortoise shell girl with the well known "tortitude". She would love a home with no other pets and likely no small children so that she can reign supreme. Other animals stress her out. She is a very loving cat that would do best with a household that plays with her regularly. She loves a good string toy and will chase throw toys.

Story
River and Smoke's Story This pair is in foster care!! Fill out an application if interested in meeting them!! https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Smoke (1 year old) (MoMo, Mo, Mur) came in as a terrified stray, but he always had a soft spot for love. He’s a vocal kitty who will happily “mur” his way through a conversation—hence the nickname. Smoke is goofy, playful, loves pets, and occasionally likes to be a shoulder “parrot” while being held. He plays well with other cats, is curious about dogs, and does best with a slow introduction to kids. He enjoys being around children and their toys but can get startled when things get loud. Smoke dreams of a forever home with his sister, where there are plenty of cat trees, spots to climb, places to explore, and a cozy bed or couch to cuddle on. He does have a grade 2 heart murmur, but it’s mild and simply something to keep an eye on during routine vet visits. River (7 months old) is the perfect mix of sweet and sassy. Found in the engine block of a car at just over a pound, she has overcome every challenge thrown her way. She helped Smoke gain confidence and continues to bring out the best in him. True to a curious kitten, River has to be involved in everything happening around the house. If she’s there, Smoke is never far behind. River loves to be held and petted, and she’ll play with anything she can bat around with one paw—pens, hair ties, bobby pins, cat toys, even her 4-year-old human sister’s toys (her favorites). She’s wonderful with children and fits right into their activities, whether being pushed in a doll stroller or helping turn pages during story time. River also plays well with other cats and is curious about dogs, so a slow introduction would suit her best. She hopes for a warm, loving home with plenty of cuddle space on the couch or bed. Together, Smoke and River’s favorite activity is racing and playing on the stairs—while not required, they think stairs are a bonus. Their favorite toy is a simple cardboard box with a few small plastic items inside

Story
Meet her at the Lazy Cat Lounge www.lazycatloungecafe.com https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Boo is a lovely black kitty recovering from some past trauma. She is a bit shy, but she is braver every day! She loves to be brushed and loves a good hard kibble treat. No Churu for this girl. Once she knows you, she is very friendly and would thrive in a home of her own. She is fine with a mellower cat.
