Story
Hi there! I'm Habanero, and yes, my name fits me pretty well. I'm a handsome orange-and-white gentleman with just the right amount of spice to keep life interesting. I'm an affectionate guy, on my terms. Once I trust you, I'll happily chat your ear off, ask for attention, and keep you company. I'm quite the conversationalist, so if you're looking for a cat with plenty to say, you've found him! Just don't expect me to be clingy all the time. I also appreciate my independence and a good afternoon nap in a sunny spot. When I'm feeling playful, nothing beats chasing a wand toy or showing off my moves from the top of my favorite cat tower. I also enjoy a sturdy scratching post and soaking up every ray of sunshine I can find. I'm looking for a quiet, adult-only home where I can relax without lots of commotion. Sudden noises can make me a little nervous, so I'd be happiest with people who understand that I like life on the peaceful side. I get along well with other cats and can be selective about my dog friends. If you're looking for a funny, talkative, slightly sassy companion with a heart as warm as my orange coat, I think we just might be the perfect match. Love, Habanero

Story
This little girl came from a very terrible situation and likes a quiet home. She purrs and enjoys head to tail pets, but also likes her privacy. She loves windows, lazer pointers, cuddling ant bedtime, and her sister. . She needs to be adopted with her sister.

Story
I am bonded with my friend, Mama Pearl, we need to be adopted together. Corn was a very small kitten with very soft paws and very big thoughts. His fur was the color of warm bread, which is how he got his name. Corn liked quiet corners, sun puddles on the floor, and watching the world happen without being noticed. Corn was trying very hard to be invisible. Mama Pearl was not invisible at all. She was large and calm and moved like she had all the time in the world. Mama Pearl didn't rush Corn. She simply lay down nearby and pretended to nap. She sighed softly. She cleaned one paw. She existed. Corn watched. Days went by, and Corn learned that Mama Pearl's side was warm, that her purr sounded like a steady song, and that the world wasn't so scary when someone brave was beside you. Corn stays shy — he still startles at loud sounds and hides when strangers come — but at night he curls against Mama Pearl's chest, and slowly but surely is gaining confidence and trust with humans. Mama Pearl called him her little seed. Corn called her home. And that was enough. 🌽🐾💛
