Story

Oreo came to us as an adoption from a farm. He's definitely and indoor cat and loves to be around people. He constantly wants to be around humans and will actively try to sit in your lap and seek pettings. He does well with other animals, but will stick up for himself if he feels like he is being cornered by a larger animal. He also will play a bit rough with other cats at times, and get them riled up until they play with him.

Story

Buck is a friendly cat, approximately 4-5 years old. He loves to lounge around and sleep. On occasion he will come find you for attention, but, once he's gotten his dose he will want to wander back off to find a place to sleep. He would be fine in a home without any animals, or in one with other cats and dogs. We have not had him around children. He was a rescue adoption as a stray, but we are moving and are unable to bring him with us.

Simon is a wonderfully affectionate, gentle and quiet cat who loves lounging and being loved on. We love Simon dearly, but our busy home with rambunctious young children has become too overwhelming for his sensitive nature. We believe the high energy and noise have caused him a great deal of stress, which is why he recently started expressing his discomfort by peeing outside of his litter box. Simon is a great cat who is simply in the wrong environment. We think that he just needs a calmer environment and he’ll be back to his old self and his perfect litter box habits. One or two calm kids would likely be fine. We just have recent changes in our family dynamic and energy level in our household that he has not adapted well to. We are confident that, with a calmer household and an owner/ owners able to love on him, he will thrive and enjoy his best life.In case you were confused by the photos, yes, some of them were taken a few years ago, before he “filled out” 😊.

It's Day Five of Betsy's Litter of Adorable Kittens, but we have two youngins today, because, well, these guys are special. Captain and Barbara are just as cute and snuggly and sweet as their siblings, but they are both very timid and shy, and we think that they would do best being adopted with a sibling. It doesn't have to be THIS sibling, but it makes sense to have the quiet ones together, right? Plus, these two kittens were part of our Mother's Day naming sensation, so they are already special- now you get double that cuddle! CAPTAIN weighs in as the largest of our litter, but is definitely the most timid. Sporting a black collar, this tiger kitty with white paws is a little over 8 weeks old, and is ready to leave our nest...with, we suggest, a friend. BARBARA is a dilute calico with just a smidge of orange on her, and is currently in a pink collar. At not even 2 pounds, our little sweetheart is ready for a new home, but will acclimate so much better and be so much happier, if she can go with a sibling. Captain and Barbara have also: -Tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV; -Received their vaccinations; -Been treated for fleas and worms; and -Had a negative fecal test. The balance of their vaccinations and spay/neuter is included in our adoption plan. All are age-appropriate services. Meet Bolognese! Bolognese is a female, short hair grey tiger with an estimated DOB of 5/8/2021. Bolognese and her sister Pesto have been with us about a year and a half. These sweet girls started off a little on the shy side which is probably the only reason some lucky family hasn't snatched them up already. They may need a little time to settle into new surroundings, but these girls would most certainly bring joy to a new family. Both of these ladies love the laser pointer and would do just about anything for their Temptation Puree treats!
