Hello there, my name is Angel! I am a strong-willed young gal who loves to chit-chat and let staff know what I want and when I want it! I was brought to the shelter as a surrender when my owners could no longer afford to care for me, so I am searching for my forever family. I know I am ready for a new home where my handling issues are respected and worked on through diligence and compassion.
