Story
Introducing Kira, a 9-year-old beauty with a big personality and an even bigger love for her feather toys and catnip. Unfortunately, Kira was surrendered to the shelter due to her owner no longer being able to care for her. Despite this, Kira has not let it hold her back, she is still full of spirit and sass. She’s the kind of cat who knows what she wants: attention on her terms, playtime with flair, and plenty of cozy naps in her favorite pineapple-shaped hidey bed. Kira is affectionate and loyal with her people, but she’s also not shy about telling you when she needs her “me time.” A true diva in the best way, she would love to be your one and only, but might be open to sharing her space with a fellow mellow cat who respects her need for independence. She’s currently on a special overweight food that’s working great for her health. If you’re looking for a cat with charm, character, and just the right amount of cattitude, Kira is your girl.If adoption isn’t in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Kira’s profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!

Meet Silkie, a sweet lovebug with a heart as big as his glorious fur. Story
Hey there, meet Princess! She is a playful and affectionate lady who's looking for a second chance at a forever home. She was sadly returned to the shelter by a good Samaritan after escaping her previous adopters home. Princess is a fantastic cat, she just needs a little bit of patience and understanding, she's eager to become the perfect companion. Princess does have some minor handling sensitivities, but warms up quickly in a calm environment. She requires a special diet due to some past urinary issues, but is healthy and full of energy. At the shelter, Princess charms everyone with her chatty conversations and playful antics. While she enjoys her space, she can coexist with other cats who respect her boundaries. Princess prefers a home with adults and older children who can provide a relaxed atmosphere. If you're ready to welcome a loving and resilient companion into your life, consider giving Princess the chance to shine in your home! Story
Meet Chief, a calm but nervous boy who is looking for a loving and patient family to call his forever home. Chief is a large man who likes to perch and observe the world underneath him. Chief came into the shelter with Lotus and 10 of their siblings after they were thrown out after their owner had to move and couldn't take them with. He is under-socialized with people and prefers to do his own thing, so he can be quite nervous and unsure in new environments and with new people. Chief is unsure when approached but has been making progress and getting more comfortable and warming up to staff members and volunteers. He would both do best in a quiet household where he can feel safe and secure, and where his new family will give him the space he need to blossom at his own pace. Cat staff believes he would do well with adults and older children who can respect his need for space. If adoption isn’t in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Chief’s profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!
