Story
Meet Juniper, a sweet and gentle soul who takes a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she’ll shower you with purrs and cuddles.  Her fur is soft as a bunny and she loves to be pet when she’s feeling safe.   She would thrive in a quiet home with patient humans who understand her need for space to feel comfortable.  A home with another kitten or cat would be ideal. Juniper is being fostered with her littermates, Barley and Rye.  Juniper is positive for FeLV (feline leukemia virus) which means she can only cohabitate with other FeLV+ kitties.  FeLV is species- specific and only contagious to other cats; it is not contagious to humans, dogs, or other non-cat animals.  Juniper is good with other cats; she has not been around children or dogs.  You are welcome to visit Juniper or her siblings in my home where they are being fostered, I live in Saylorsburg, PA.   View the full bio/profile and photos/videos HERE:https://www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21086559             All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been:   Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost. Vaccinated; FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) & Rabies (which is legally required in most states).  These will need to be kept current after adoption. Tested Negative for FIV & FELV unless otherwise noted on their profile Treated with de-wormer, anti-parasitics, flea baths & prevention, ear mites and anything else our vet deems needed for good health.  This can sometimes include antibiotics and eye/upper respiratory medicines, etc. Many of our fosters also use pre/probiotics and vitamins to fully support their tiny immune systems during transitions.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.---To meet any of our cats please fill out our adoption application to be approved. Story
Meet Rye, the most confident of his littermates.  He is a playful and curious guy who enjoys being pet and playing with toys.  He is the first to approach visitors to the “kitten room” where he stays in his foster home, quickly warming up and allowing pets and cuddles.  Rye is being fostered with his littermates, Juniper and Barley. Rye is positive for FeLV (feline leukemia virus) which means he can only cohabitate with other FeLV+ kitties.  FeLV is species- specific and only contagious to other cats; it is not contagious to humans, dogs, or other non-cat animals.  Rye is good with other cats; he has not been around children or dogs.  You are welcome to visit Barley or his siblings in my home where they are being fostered, I live in Saylorsburg, PA.   View the full bio/profile and photos/videos HERE:https://www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21086525             All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been:   Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost. Story
Tip Toe and his brother, Abe, are available for adoption together. They are so sweet, affectionate, playful and adorable! Both are lap cats and purr machines. You can easily tell them apart because Tip Toe has white on his paws, hence his name, and is ear-tipped while Abe isn't. They were fixed and taken into rescue at slightly different times.  Tip Toe is outgoing and confident, and acclimated quickly to their new foster home. He loves to be petted and will purr up a storm. He even purrs if you just make eye contact. He is active and playful, even chasing his tail (see video). He also loves to relax and be a lap cat. He is such a character with his antics! They also like the other cat in their new foster home.  They haven't been around kids or dogs that we know of, but with their sweet nature, we think they'd be fine with those who are respectful of cats.  View the full bio/profile and photos/videos HERE:https://www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21935861     All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been: Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost. Story
Flora is a beautiful white and black kitten with a sweet and playful personality.  Independent and self assured, Flora enjoys exploring, lounging in sunny spots, and doing her own thing. She's not the clingy type, but when she's in the mood, she will jump up on your lap for pets.  Flora loves playing with her feather toys, and will run eagerly to the kitchen when she hears her human rustle the bag of kitty treats! She gets along great with other cats, as well as her foster family’s small dog.  She loves lying in the window sill watching the birds, as well as running up and down the cat tree with her feline friends.  If you are looking for a calmer kitten, who will make biscuits on your lap when she's in the mood, then Flora is the kitten for you!     View the full bio/profile and photos/videos HERE: https://www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21549322         All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been: Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost.
