Story
Meet Eddie – A Gentle Soul with a Heart of Gold Eddie is a beautiful orange tabby with the kind of quiet charm that makes you fall in love slowly—and deeply. When we began fostering him as part of a group of four cats needing urgent rehoming, he was a bit reserved at first. But with a little time and patience, Eddie’s true personality emerged, and now he’s one of the sweetest, most affectionate boys we’ve had the joy of knowing. He loves soft pets, cozy spots to curl up, and gentle companionship. Eddie isn’t the loudest in the room, but he shows his love in steady, heartwarming ways—like leaning into your hand or quietly joining you for a nap. He gets along well with other cats and has adjusted to life with our dog, too. Eddie shares a particularly strong bond with his companion Georgie, and we’re hoping to find them a forever home together. They bring each other comfort and confidence, and their sweet friendship is something truly special to witness. Please check out Georgie's profile

Story
Meet Georgie – The Shy Guy Turned Sweetheart Georgie is a soft, handsome tabby with a quiet presence and a surprisingly big heart. Of the four cats we’ve been fostering, he was the last to warm up—but once he did, he completely surprised us with his affection, curiosity, and playful spirit. At first, Georgie preferred to watch from a distance, taking in his surroundings and moving at his own pace. But with time, patience, and gentle care, he began to seek out attention, explore more confidently, and even play with toys like a kitten discovering joy for the first time. These days, he’s a regular cuddle-seeker who loves being part of the action—or just lounging near someone he trusts. Georgie has a close, comforting bond with Eddie, a sweet orange tabby he’s been with for years. Because of this special friendship, we’re looking for a home that can welcome them as a pair. Don’t miss Eddie’s post as well—these two boys have so much love to give.

Story
Meet Maggie – The Ultimate Lovebug Maggie is a sweet, snuggly tabby with a heart full of love and a gentle, affectionate spirit. She was one of the first to warm up to us when we stepped in to help a friend rehome their beloved cats due to unexpected life changes. Although we wish we could keep her, our current living situation and home renovation project mean we can only foster her temporarily. Maggie thrives on companionship—she loves being close and will happily curl up on your lap or claim the softest spot in the room for a cozy nap. She has a playful side too, but it’s her loving nature that really shines. She quickly bonded with our dog and lives peacefully alongside four other cats. Ideally, Maggie would be adopted with her best buddy, Tiger—a gentle, affectionate male tabby she’s especially close with. Their bond is heartwarming, and they bring out the best in each other. Please see our post about Tiger for more details.

Story
Meet Queenie: Your Future Professional Best FriendShe’s gray, she’s graceful, and she’s ready to be the center of your world.Queenie is 8 years old, which means she’s mastered the art of the perfect nap. She doesn’t need much—just a sunny window, a soft chin scratch, and a human who appreciates a quiet companion. Queenie is currently living the good life in a foster home, but she’s officially ready to find her permanent throne.Queenie is the ultimate `low-maintenance` roommate. She’s past the kitten chaos and prefers the finer things in life: a soft sunbeam, a plush bed, and your undivided attention. She’s a listener, a professional napper, and a loyal friend who will always be waiting for you at the door.Queenie was recently diagnosed with renal disease. While that sounds like a big term, it really just means she’s a special girl with a special menu! To keep her feeling her best and her kidneys happy, she needs to stay on a prescription renal diet for life. She thinks the food is delicious, and it’s a small price to pay for the years of love she has ready to give.Queenie has recently started seeking out affection on her own terms, proving that underneath her quiet exterior is a girl who truly wants to be loved. She’s even rediscovered her `inner kitten,` venturing out to chase toys and show off her playful side.Queenie is looking for a patient home that will celebrate every new `first` with her. She isn`t an `instant` lap cat, but she is proving every day that she is worth the wait.Queenie is spayed and has received core vaccinations (feline distemper, rabies), flea preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped. If you have any questions about Queenie, feel free to reach out at (920) 733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org, or stop by during our open hours to take a look around!

Story
Sass: A Quiet Soul Ready to BloomSass is a 5-year-old brown and black tabby looking for a very special kind of hero. Found tucked away in a garage, Sass didn`t come to us with `cattitude`—she arrived completely shut down. For a long time, she protected herself by staying small and silent, but the `quiet magic` we hoped for is finally happening. We are thrilled to share that Sass is bravely coming out of her shell! This sweet girl has started purring and making biscuits, showing us just how much love she has tucked away. Every soft blink and relaxed stretch is a massive victory and seeing her find her confidence is incredibly rewarding. To continue this wonderful progress, Sass needs a calm, low-activity home where she can feel truly secure. Sass has previously lived with other cats and a small dog, so she may enjoy the company of a gentle resident pet.Because the world can still feel a bit overwhelming, she is looking for an adult-only home or one with older, calm children. There is a profound joy in being the person who shows a once-hidden cat that the world is a safe and loving place. If you have the patience to move at her pace, Sass is ready to start her new life with you.Sass is spayed, has received core vaccinations (Feline Distemper, Rabies), flea preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped. If you have any questions about Sass or our adoption process, feel free to reach out to adoption staff at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org.
