Story
At 3 ½ years old, Squishy is the picture of quiet intelligence wrapped in handsome brown tabby stripes.  His bright green eyes and soft white muzzle give him a look of calm curiosity – the kind of cat who always seems to know more than he lets on. Squishy adores his string toys and will proudly drag them around, even if you’re still holding the other end – a gentle reminder that playtime is on HIS terms.  While he’s not a fan of being picked up, he’s affectionate in his own composed way, happily leaning into pets and soaking up attention. This thoughtful fellow gets along best with younger cats or kittens, where he can take on the role of the wise, slightly stern teacher.  He’s a quiet companion who won’t demand much – just a little patience and love.  When it’s mealtime, he’ll follow you with silent persistence, his polite way of saying, “Don’t forget me.” If you are looking for a clever, composed cat with a soft heart and a steady presence, Squishy might just be your perfect match.  You can meet Squishy in person at Petco in Greenfield, 4950 S. 76th St., Greenfield, WI 53220November 19, 2025, 10:09 pm

Story
Double the fun, double the love!  Teddy Bear and Lucky Duck are a bonded pair of 1.5-year-old brothers who are looking for a forever home together.  Teddy, a handsome gray tabby, is the confident leader, while Lucky, the gray-and-white sweetheart, looks to his brother for reassurance.  Once shy, they're now bundles of energy who love to leap, climb, and turn your home into their playground.  They'll happily head-butt your hand for scritches, then flop dramatically on their sides and show you their bellies.  Food-motivated and eager to please, Teddy and Lucky are not only adorable but also trainable! Teddy and Lucky are ready to bring double the joy to one very lucky family - could it be yours?  To meet these sweet boys in person and get to know them, feel free to stop in during our Open House hours:  Thursdays from 6:00-9:00pm and Saturdays from 11:00am-4:00pm. November 19, 2025, 10:09 pm

Story
Meet Phoenix and Rebel, a dynamic duo of playful tabbies who are looking for a forever home to call their own! These two are a bonded pair and must be adopted together because where one goes, the other is sure to follow and they take their hangout time together very seriously ;) Phoenix is the ultimate charmer, he is a sweet, attention-loving gray tabby who’s always ready for pets and play time. He can be shy at first but once he gets to know you he’s all in for head scratches and playful laser pointer sessions. You might call him the leader of the two because his patience and kindness helps his shy bestie come out of her shell. Rebel (aka the shy bestie) is the perfect partner-in-crime for Phoenix, the yin to his yang, the moon to his sun, the cream to his coffee... you get it. Although Rebel is is a little more reserved, she is an equally loving cat who just prefers to interact with us humans on her own terms. Once she feels comfortable, she happily accepts affection with scratches and soft pets but she needs a little more time to trust new people and prefers to be the one to call the shots. Together, they make the perfect pair. With plenty of toys, treats, and a safe space to explore at their own pace, these two will flourish and be a wonderful addition to a quiet, loving household. If you're looking for a duo who will bring tons of love into your home (with just a touch of patience!), Rebel and Phoenix promise to reward your kindness with a lifetime of fun and loyal companionship. DOB: 6/20/24 PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a physical shelter, therefore all our cats reside in foster homes. We do require a completed application prior to setting up a Meet & Greet in a foster home. Story
Sleek, silky, and mysterious, Wednesday is a petite black beauty with a heart full of love just waiting to shine. This young kitty is still learning the joys of indoor life after being rescued from a tough start outdoors—but she’s already proving what a sweetheart she can be. Wednesday can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into an affectionate companion who greets you with head butts, happy rubs, and purrs. She especially loves Churu treats (and will come running when she hears the tube crinkle!). She does best in a calm, quiet home where she can take things at her own pace. Wednesday tends to get along best with easygoing boy cats, though she’d also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only. While she loves affection, she’s still learning her boundaries and can get a bit overstimulated with too much petting—so she’d be a great match for someone cat-savvy who appreciates her signals. With her silky black coat, gorgeous golden eyes, and gentle nature, Wednesday is ready to leave her rough start behind and become someone’s cherished little shadow. Could she be the house panther you’ve been waiting for? DOB: 7/14/24 All cats are altered, microchipped, dewormed and given age appropriate vaccinations. Story
Mystic and her six kittens were found snuggled inside the hole of a tree. The kittens were days old when the family was rescued. She was such a loving and serene mama cat, fondly caring and cuddling with her little babes. All of her kittens have been adopted, except for Olivia. Mystic and Olivia continue to snuggle (intertwined) together each day. Both have gorgeous silky black fur with a few sprinkles of white. Mystic's eyes are beautiful green and Olivia's eyes are gorgeous golden brown. Both gals are laid-back, patient and gentle souls. Watching outside critters through the windows elicits the cutest meows. They're both incredibly smart too! They respond to their names and several commands. Olivia primarily responds to her nickname of "butter bean". They enjoy "human" playtime. They joyfully jump, chase and roll after wand toys and after each other. They tend to play mostly during the evening, but would play whenever possible. Olivia would love to go home with her mama Mystic. She’ll thrive with compassionate adults or low key families ready for a loyal, snuggly companion. DOB: 05/18/2025 All cats are altered, microchipped, dewormed and given age appropriate vaccinations.
