Story
This is Millie! She is a 4-year-old (5 in May) Catahoula Leopard mix girl looking for a forever home. She is loving and loyal. However, Millie wants all the attention to be on her. As such, Millie would do best in a home without young children and without other dogs/pets. Millie would love a home with a backyard where she can run free as she isn't the biggest fan of the leash. Millie loves to eat, especially treats, and she loves scratches, and to sleep with her person at night. Millie is potty trained and crate trained.Millie's adoption fee is $150. To meet Millie please email ourpawprinthearts@gmail.com.Please NOTE: This is a courtesy post. PPH cannot verify the behavior or health of Millie.January 16, 2026, 1:23 am

Story
Fred was a stray that was trapped by a rescue & taken to shelter for stray hold ., he was a shelter staff favorite . He was nervous of shelter enviroment & around other dogs . the rescue set him up with a professional training facility where he,s doing great for past 6 weeks . He loves water activitys , walks/jogs & next to a bike for running. He could be adopted to a home with docile dog with slow introductions & no kids under 10 years due to his size .. Loves attention & interacting with people .

Please only send inquiries to the email in this bio all others will not be answered. Please read the bio before sending questions - we answer all we know about the dog here. If the question is not answered in the bio please send emails to   info@HeidisLegacyDogRescue.com Peaches: Sweet as Pie and Full of Love   Peaches has overcome incredible odds to get where she is today. Neglected and tied to a tree with no food, water, or shelter, she was moments away from being abandoned when a Heidi’s Legacy volunteer stepped in to save her. At 4 years old and 51 pounds, Peaches is now safe and thriving in her foster home—but she still needs your help.   Peaches has a permanent reminder of her rough past. She was heartworm positive for so long before rescue that it caused irreversible damage to her lungs. While she’s now heartworm-free, she needs daily medications to keep her healthy and comfortable. These medications, along with her food and ongoing care, come at a cost, and we’re looking for sponsors to help support her.   Her foster family absolutely adores her and would love to keep her forever. With your sponsorship, we can make that dream a reality for Peaches and the people who’ve given her a second chance at life.   Peaches is a sweet, playful girl with a soft spot for toys—she’ll happily chase, chew, and snuggle them to her heart’s content. She’s house-trained, crate-loving, and a total wiggle-butt when her people come home. A fenced yard or screened porch is her happy place, where she can bask in the sun and soak up the fresh air.   Peaches needs an experienced, dog-savvy handler who understands her boundaries. She prefers to be the only pet (no cats or kids, please!) and thrives in a calm, structured environment.   Your sponsorship could change Peaches’ life and ensure she stays safe, healthy, and loved in the home she’s come to know as her own.   Preferred Methods of Donations   PayPal: @heidislegacy   Venmo: @HLDR2002   Zelle: Heidi’s Legacy   Website: heidislegacydogrescue.com/donate   The email associated with these accounts is info@heidislegacydogrescue.com     Could you be the hero Peaches has been waiting for?
