Story
Maggie is a high-energy girl with big opinions and even bigger zoomies. She can keep up with an active home, loves toys even more than treats, and is perfectly capable of entertaining herself when no one else can match her pace. She enjoys sniffing, exploring, and when excited her play style gets a little rowdy, so a home without little kids would be best. She`s a good walker but better with a harness, politely accepts treats, and while she may be a little sassy, she backs it up with plenty of kisses. If you want fun, funny, and full of personality, Maggie is the one for you.***The last photo is of me and my canine pal Tanto. We have recently discovered Maggie knows Fetch!***

Story
We got him from a friend that had a litter of six. He was one of five males. We adopted him because of his temperament and color pattern. He’s white with black dots. You can only see when he’s wet. He’s great with people lately. Mushu is also house trained and crate trained. He’s great with kids. He sleeps in the bed with us.He has been more and more aggressive with my other dogs.Update:As of June 12, he is in the care of Pinellas County animal Services. He will be in quarantine until the 18th and then we’ll be available for adoption. Please reach out to Pinellas County animal Services and give him a loving home. He so dearly deserves.

Please only send inquiries to the email in this bio all others will not be answered. Please read the bio before sending questions - we answer all we know about the dog here. If the question is not answered in the bio please send emails to   info@HeidisLegacyDogRescue.com Peaches: Sweet as Pie and Full of Love   Peaches has overcome incredible odds to get where she is today. Neglected and tied to a tree with no food, water, or shelter, she was moments away from being abandoned when a Heidi’s Legacy volunteer stepped in to save her. At 4 years old and 51 pounds, Peaches is now safe and thriving in her foster home—but she still needs your help.   Peaches has a permanent reminder of her rough past. She was heartworm positive for so long before rescue that it caused irreversible damage to her lungs. While she’s now heartworm-free, she needs daily medications to keep her healthy and comfortable. These medications, along with her food and ongoing care, come at a cost, and we’re looking for sponsors to help support her.   Her foster family absolutely adores her and would love to keep her forever. With your sponsorship, we can make that dream a reality for Peaches and the people who’ve given her a second chance at life.   Peaches is a sweet, playful girl with a soft spot for toys—she’ll happily chase, chew, and snuggle them to her heart’s content. She’s house-trained, crate-loving, and a total wiggle-butt when her people come home. A fenced yard or screened porch is her happy place, where she can bask in the sun and soak up the fresh air.   Peaches needs an experienced, dog-savvy handler who understands her boundaries. She prefers to be the only pet (no cats or kids, please!) and thrives in a calm, structured environment.   Your sponsorship could change Peaches’ life and ensure she stays safe, healthy, and loved in the home she’s come to know as her own.   Preferred Methods of Donations   PayPal: @heidislegacy   Venmo: @HLDR2002   Zelle: Heidi’s Legacy   Website: heidislegacydogrescue.com/donate   The email associated with these accounts is info@heidislegacydogrescue.com     Could you be the hero Peaches has been waiting for? Echo is a wonderful girl has some energy but not too much.I am very smart. I can open doors. very well behaved in the house. I do all my business outside.Echo would be better with a family that doesn’t have too much chaos in it. , but I think she might be better off with a couple or single person. Echo is very affectionate.Cannot be with any other dogs.

Story
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO. AN APPLICATION IS REQUIRED. Hi Everyone! I’m Willow ❤️🐾 I am a Catahoula Leopard Dog from a working line. I am a beautiful, red and white color, with striking blue eyes, as you can see in my pictures. I am also deaf, and because I am deaf, the people who had my mom and dad couldn’t use me to work, so they were going to shoot me!!! I was just a baby and I knew I could be a great dog one day. I didn’t know why they didn’t want me. Thankfully, my foster mom heard about what was happening and took me away from those people and has been helping to raise me and keep me safe and happy. I am full of puppy energy and I love to play. I have a foster brother who keeps me on my toes and my older foster sister who would be happy with a little less of my energy. I have been around different dogs and a cat and I love them all. 😉Cuddles and affection are my favorite way to relax. I may be deaf, but don’t let that fool you— I am really smart, adaptable, and ready to learn with a patient, loving family who will help me thrive. My foster mom said that a lot of dogs don’t listen well, and have something called selective hearing and people can train them, so hopefully they will train me too! My foster mom says that we would love to find someone with experience training and it would be amazing if someone has experience with training deaf dogs. She says that it’s OK as long as they are the right people and that we have a trainer that can help the right family. My birthday is January 10, 2026, so I am almost 5 months old and I already weigh 28 lbs. I think I am going to grow up to be big and strong like my foster brother. I can’t wait to find my forever home so that I can be the dog I am meant to be! I’m so happy that my foster mom gave me a chance. I am spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and current on flea and heartworm preventative. Please email petadopt@hotmail.com for an application for me. Thank you for reading about me!
