Story
Hello Biggie Paws friends! Please meet Lobo! Lobo means wolf in Spanish. Unlike the wolf …this Lobo always makes his adorable presence known! He seems to think he is bigger than he actually is. 🤭 Lobo has personality! Look how dapper he is in his bow tie! He has such a sweet nature despite the cruelty of a prior owner cutting his ears. 😞 Lobo is approximately 3 months old and 20 pounds. We believe he may be a mix of Catahoula Leopard. He loves people …especially respectful kids. A few of his favorite activities are socializing at youth baseball games, exploring and playing with other dogs. He enjoys having other dogs around …but still knows how to have fun on his own. He may be ok with cats too …he just hasn’t had exposure. Lobo also likes his squeaky soft toys, rope toys and nylabone. As a puppy, he is still learning …but he is super smart and catches on to things very quick. He knows “sit”, “gentle” and is familiar with “no”. He also recently learned how to go up and down stairs!Lobo is mostly potty trained. He is also working on leash and crate training. He is initially guarded with other dogs on leash but plays nicely once introduced. He has good recall but since he likes to explore, a fenced in yard might be best. He’s the perfect mixture of fun and leisure and will be happy to join you as your cuddle puppy at night. He loves to snuggle when the time is right. Oh and let’s not forget a good ‘ol tummy rub! He’s currently being fostered in Fort Atkinson, WI. His adoption fee is $500 plus a $100 deposit. The $100 deposit will be refunded once proof of timely neuter is given to Biggie Paws. Please apply to adopt Lobo at: https://biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Korbin is looking for a foster or forever home.Korbin is a Catahoula/Aussie mix. He's an all-around very good boy with a quiet intelligence about him. Korbin has good leash manners and enjoys his walks. He's great with people of all ages and is dog-friendly. Actually Korbin would do best in a home with another dog, so that is a requirement. Korbin is young and a mix of active breeds, so he's not meant to be a couch potato. If you're looking for a smart, fun, active, and highly trainable dog, he could be your perfect match. If you'd like to meet Korbin and hopefully make him your foster or forever dog, email fosteradog@almosthomefoundation.org with any questions or fill out an application.Adoption fee is $320Email: dogs@almosthomefoundation.orgAlmost Home Foundation's adoption requirements:(1) Be at least 21 years of age;(2) Have the consent of all adults living in the household;(3) Have approval from the residence owner;(4) Have valid ID with current address;(5) Be approved by Almost Home Foundation as a suitable adoptive home; and`(6) Live in the suburbs surrounding Schaumburg (Illinois Residents only)*** Please note that Almost Home Foundation accepts only cash or checks for adoption fees; we do not accept debit or credit cards. ***

Story
Meet Zoe! Zoe is such a precious, gorgeous pup with two toned eyes and dark brindle fur. She is very bashful when you first meet her, but she's learning to blossom into a social butterfly. She likes to take her time to get to know you, but if you have treats, she is willing to hear you out! Zoe loves to catch some zoomies in the yard and knows the command "sit very well. Zoe has a lot of endurance and agility, and would make a great running companion or farm dog! Zoe has SO MUCH ENERGYYYY! She zooms, and gallops, and sprints around and around! Zoe would suit well in an environment with older children and would not work well in apartment-style living. Lots of noises make her a bit anxious which apartment-living would put her around constantly. Some basic information about Zoe; she is 1-year(s) old, female, Catahoula Leopard mix, and is medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

"Get your motor runnin'! Head out on the highway! Looking for adventure and whatever comes our way!!!" That is one pawsome song right? My name is Wanda! I am a year old Catahoula mix :) looking for an ACTIVE family! They say I'm a very smart cookie, that sounds amazing!!! Who doesn't like cookies?! I know sit, fetch and learning to drop it. I have doggie friends and I've met the kitties and they are ok too! I am still a little nervous with new people and sometimes like to bork at them so they know I'm there. Foster mom is teaching me so many cool things all the time. I am crate trained and I LOOOVE belly rubs! I would do great with an active family that likes to go on hikes, adventures and give me lots of chewy toys and stimulate my growing mind! If you like to have a good time like me, have your people get with my people and let's get this pawty started!!! Local (Texas) adoption fee is $200 Out of state (Transport) adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart. Don't hesitate to welcome this valiant spirit into your home! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
