Story
Copper is a sweet young pup who loves to run around and play with other dogs. He is extremely goofy and entertaining when his personality comes out, but he is anxious at first when meeting people. He’s had some training in the past to get him more comfortable being around new people and dogs, but he was adopted from a shelter so he has pretty severe anxiety. He’s also on medication for that, but he needs a little more training which I unfortunately can’t afford at the moment. He has so much potential and would be perfect for a home with other dogs and a backyard for him to run around in. :)

    Meet Pollyana! Looking for a little shadow with soft curls and a big devotion to her person? This six-year-old, 10-pound poodle-type girl takes her role as your constant companion seriously. Wherever you’re headed—even just to the next room—she’d love to come along! She is a true Velcro dog who bonds closely with her favorite human, but she’s willing to accept a trusted “backup human” when her first choice isn’t available. Being close to someone she loves is her happy place. She would prefer to have her person’s attention all to herself. She does complain when other dogs get too close to her human, although her canine housemates don’t always take her objections seriously. A home where she can be the only dog would likely be her happiest fit. She is mostly house-trained and will need patience and a consistent potty routine as she settles in. Because she can snap when startled, she needs a calm home with adults only or older, dog-savvy children who understand how to respect her space and approach her gently.
