Story
Max and his brother Pete were adopted from a breeder at 10 weeks. Pete was difficult as he would wander and Max follow. I have tried to keep Max with me. However, he now has the wandering fever. I am almost 70 and realize despite how much I love him, he needs a younger person with time, energy and would do well with a family. He will require a fenced enclosure as he really does love adventures. He is friendly, loves to play catch and is crate trained. I am a therapist and he did really well in my office with my clients. However, that did pose a problem for some of my clients who practice Islam. What he needs is a family that has time for training. He's energetic and will need walks several times a day and a fenced in area to play. He loves hugs and lap time. He also loves his toys. He has not been neutered. Overall, he is very good about letting you know he needs to go potty during the day. He is crated in at night because he tends to "get into things when bored". He is a funny guy.

Story
Max is now almost 10 months old. He is adventurous and gets into trouble bored (tearing paper/chewing shoes. He likes to wander so a gated yard is a must. I am almost 70 and wanted to keep him as a companion. Unfortunately, my schedule and health are not able to keep up with his needs. He loves hugs and snuggles; greets each morning with a hugMax will need someone who can take him on long walks, entertain him somewhat ( I play catch with him in the backyard). He is on a regular diet. He still needs a bit of discipline but will sit on command, comes when he is called and has a very funny personality. I am a therapist and he goes to my office most times and able to be patient while I work. He is a handsome and sweet boy. I really wanted to keep him but he needs more than I can give at this time. A rehoming fee is asked as he has been followed by my vet and is up to date with his shots. He loves attention and is quite affectionate. I would love to see him with a family and young kids.

Story
We purchased Cocoa from an Amish breeder in Lancaster Pennsylvania as a puppy five years ago. He is a very cute dog and extremely loving to his family. We have a second Poodle mix that he gets along with very well. Cocoa loves to play with his toys and go on walks or cuddle on the sofa. Unfortunately, Cocoa suffers from anxiety and is very anxious around other dogs he doesn’t know, new people and new situations. During those times, he barks or cries a lot until he feels comfortable. Even though he was trained to urinate outside, he regularly has accidents inside. This is the primary reason we need to rehome him. He urinates (sprays) on the floor and on our furniture. We believe it is a marking behavior, but we can’t find a way to stop it. We will be moving to a new home and just cannot have this issue in the future.
