He is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He has a sensitive stomach and is on a low fat diet (will provide current bag of his food and treats with rehoming).He enjoys playing with other dogs. He would like an active household and home with a yard. Going for walks and playing with balls. He has a lot of energy. Enjoys playing catch and going for walks. He completed basic training. He is house trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, wait, come, down, leave it. He is crate trained and enjoys being in his crate.

Story
In 2019, we purchased Buddy from an Amish breeder in Pennsylvania. He has been a loving, great dog for our family for the past seven years. He has had no health issues but experiences a lot of anxiety living in the middle of Washington DC. He is very protective of his family and perceives other animals and visitors as a threat initially. He warms up quickly to new people, however, and is a snuggly, sweet, family dog. He lives with three kids and he is friends with all of their friends right now. Unfortunately, due to some major life changes we need to find a new home for Buddy. He is on anti-anxiety medication which he takes happily in cheese once a day. If in a quieter location, he may not need the medication. Buddy is playful and loving and content to chase squirrels all day and take long naps. he does require grooming every couple of months but does not shed at all.
