You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.My name is Vin Diesel and I'm a senior, male chihuahua.  I just had a dental so my teeth are in pretty okay shape now.  I'm great with other dogs and cats and also respectful kids.  I'm of course hoping to enjoy my retirement ages in a calmer home though.  I walk very well on a leash and love going for car rides.  I'm also potty trained and know my basic commands.  I have great manners and would make an amazing addition to most households.  I'm fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Sweet MAEVE is proof that learning to be loved after so many years and disappointments can take a bit. We are not out of the woods but we are getting close! Maeve means "the cause of great joy" and I am hoping that she will be someone's greatest joy til the end of her days. Also, her pure joy still shines through even after people have let her down so horribly. We are waiting on blood work. She does have a heart murmur (not unusual in an older dog). She has gained some much needed weight and best of all.....she was released for a BATH. I love giving a foster the first bath in rescue. You can see the calm and change as their old life is washed away making room for a fresh new start. Maeve enjoyed the warm water and the oatmeal shampoo. She is now snoring on her bed! More to come!

Timmy is a 4.5 year old 15 lb chihuahua that is super fun and cute! He LOVES to play and is a social butterfly. Timmy is great with other dogs and likes cats. He is child friendly. His person passed away and he found himself at animal control. Timmy has thrombocytopenia that is managed with medication as needed and I/D food daily. He has no major set backs from his medical condition and is fantastic at the vet.
