If so, you are halfway there because we have the perfect little walking partner for the end of that leash. 🚶‍♀️🦮 Tuffy may have short legs, but don’t let that fool you; he can keep up just fine! Just say walk, touch the leash, or even think about heading outside, and he’s ready for action. He loves exploring the neighborhood, checking out every smell along the way, and proudly trotting beside his favorite person. ❤ This little man is a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix. He may only weigh around 10 pounds, but he’s got the heart of a full-time adventure buddy and part-time professional snuggler. That little body holds a BIG brain! Tuffy is house- and crate-trained and gets along well with other dogs. He hasn’t been around cats. Overall, he’s a laid-back little guy who enjoys a calm routine, but he does need a quieter adult-only home where he can feel safe. New people make him nervous, and he’ll need a patient adopter willing to continue helping him build confidence and trust. Once you’re “his person,” though, you’ll have a fiercely loyal best friend for life. Because this tiny explorer can squeeze through wider fence slats, a secure yard with tight fencing would be ideal. He’s also not much of a fan of car rides, so he’d happily trade road trips for neighborhood strolls and cozy nights at home. If your idea of happiness includes peaceful walks, constant companionship, and a tiny dog following you from room to room like it’s his full-time job, this sweet little guy is ready to apply for the position. Tuffy is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $225. Pebbles is a sweet 3 year old, 10lb, male, chihuahua mix looking for his forever people. This lovely boy was kept chained outside if you can even imagine that! He does well in his kennel and sleeps through the night. He is doing amazing with potty training and has not had any accidents inside since his neuter. He really likes his foster Mom, does well around other dogs, and even enjoys playing with the cat in his foster home. He would do best in a home with another friendly animal. He can be very shy and nervous around men so he needs a female only home or the males in the home need to be patient with him. With love and patience, he will blossom and we have seen tremendous strides already. He loves to roll in the grass and make zoomies around the yard. Due to his history, Pebbles struggles with leash walks and would do best in a home with a fenced yard. Brownie is the sweetest little boy. He is a 5 year old, 13lb, chihuahua mix with a unique tri-colored coat. It's hard to believe this little nugget was being kept outside on a chain. He has an old soul, you can see it in his eyes. He does well in his crate and sleeps through the night. He loves to lay in laps unless he decides he is too hot. He plays with the other dogs and even the cat in his foster home and loves both foster Mom and foster Dad. Brownie does well with his bath and since his neuter has not had any accidents in the house. We are so proud of him. He loves to walk, trot, and prance around the yard in addition to rolling in the grass.
