Master is a 7-year-old, 13-lb Chihuahua who has been loved by the same person his entire life. He is playful, energetic, affectionate, loves pets and cuddling, and enjoys playing with his toys. He is house-trained, vaccinated, knows sit and lay down, and walks with a harness and leash. Master has a big personality and needs the right home. He can be assertive with other dogs, so he would likely do best as the only dog. He has not lived with cats. He can be nervous around small children initially, so a home without small children is preferred. He also barks when people enter, can nip at feet/ankles when excited, has escaped his kennel before, occasionally has accidents, and loves destroying plush toys. His new family should be patient, attentive, and willing to continue working with him. I am rehoming Master because my schedule has changed and he is currently spending 10–12 hours in his kennel during the workweek. After seven years together, this is an incredibly difficult decision.

Hi everyone! My name is Jack Jack, and I’m so good they named me twice! My foster dad says I’m the bestest boy, and I think he’s right! I was born 09/04/2016, which makes me a Virgo. Apparently Virgos are loyal, caring, hardworking, and helpful and I show all of those qualities through my favorite activity… CUDDLING! I’m a little four-legged space heater who would love nothing more than to keep your bed warm and be right by your side. I’m the perfect chair accessory, walking buddy, and Velcro companion! I do well with other dogs, but I’d really love a calmer home with other calm dogs where I can enjoy the quieter side of life. I’m still active, though! I love walks, do well on a leash, can jump onto the bed, and even do pretty well in the car. I’m potty trained and crate trained, although if you give me the choice, I’d much rather cuddle with you at night. I can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once you sit down and I know you’re safe, I’ll be right beside you getting cozy. Meet Cody .....he's approx 7 yrs old, neutered & weighs 10 lbs. Unfortunately his dad passed away and he found himself in a shelter. Cody is a shy boy so shelter life was a struggle with the noise & all the comings & goings. LLDR came to the rescue & he is now in a foster home . Foster mum says he is a really sweet boy. He is shy so it takes a little while to warm up & for him to trust. He does well walking on a leash & loves to explore the back yard . He barks appropriately. Hello, I'm Beau, and I turned 3 on Sept. 4. My Mom did not get to meet my original owner, but bought me from his friend. My Mom doesn't know why my owner wanted to find a new home for me, but she suspects abuse, because I don't like males. I am a very sweet natured dog around any females I have been introduced to. I love to play with toys that squeak, but I will tear toys apart that are made from fabric. I love to spend lots of time outside, and really enjoy road trips with my Mom. I like to get into cat food, so it is best my home is only with a Female with no males or children/grandchildren, or other pets. I love to go on walks with my harness and leash attached. I don't pull or tug, but like to stop a lot along the way to sniff and just enjoy the scenery around me. I do bark a lot at different sounds, so an apartment would not be a good fit for me. I have a sensitive stomach, and sensitive skin, so my Mom feeds me Science Diet food for those conditions. I love to snuggle!

Buddy came to us because his family moved and couldnt go with them. He loves everyone so they thought he would be fine. He needed a dental really bad so we did that. He is healing and very healthy now. He has to wear a belly band, some boys need that later in life. He had a head injury early in life and the only side effect is that his bark sounds like a duck.

Hi! I’m Finn. I am from Arizona and originally lived out on a Native American reservation! I joined this family back in 2021 moved with my owners to KCMO shortly after as well. Some good things to know about me are that I am house trained, I do well in the car, I have grown up around cats and am not aggressive towards them, I love when guests come over, I know simple commands of sit, wait, high five, shake hands. I am good around children and haven’t had any bites or aggression to people! I may seem a little shy as I’m getting to know my surroundings at first but I love to play and I love to run outside at the park. I do well on a leash and I am even kennel trained. When I come to your home, you will get all of my belongings included in my adoption fee (including kennel). I do have a small growth in my genital shaft but have been seen by doctors about it, had it biopsied, and had a part of it taken out! I am doing great now! I can’t wait to meet you :)
