Coco loves her walks and will even tell her foster mom when it’s walk time! This little Chihuahua mix is happy to nap on the couch or go for a long walk - as long as she’s with her person. She does well with her foster cat siblings. She is good with respectful older kids but hasn’t been tested around toddlers. We are working on potty training and she is almost there! Story
Johnny was found at a park in about 7 years ago. At that time, we made efforts to locate his owner, but when we were unable to do so, we decided to keep him. Johnny loves to snuggle, take naps under blankets and bask in the sun. He is not a very active dog and prefers to lounge around and sleep. Based on our best estimate, Johnny is around 12 years old. Since we’ve had him, we have never been able to fully housebreak him. He must wear diapers while inside the house. Since the birth of our first child two years ago, caring for Johnny has become increasingly stressful. With a second child on the way, we feel that we are no longer able to give Johnny the time, attention, and care that he deserves.

Spanx, born 7/19/25, Chi mix and weighs under 20 lbs. Loves dogs and kids. The adoption covers the spay, microchip with lifetime registration, vaccinations (which include DHLPPC, Lyme, Bordetella & Rabies) dewormings and heartworm/lyme testing. Spanx is participating in the cell dog program which is where the dog stays at the prison with a dog handler working on basic obedience and house, crate, and leash training. It’s an amazing program!
