Story
Bebe is a lovely dog who was rescued from the streets after giving birth to her adorable puppies. Although she was shy at first, she quickly warms up to new friends, especially when treats are involved! She's great with children under 13, and you can easily carry her without any fuss. Bebe enjoys saying hello to other dogs, but she's more inclined to play with those who match her gentle energy level. She prefers calm, well-mannered companions over hyperactive pups. Having lived with cats for about eight months, Bebe is perfectly comfortable around them and doesn't mind their presence at all. With a moderate energy level, she loves going for walks and is a pro on the leash. After her strolls, she's happy to curl up and snooze the day away. Bebe is non-aggressive with her food and toys, and if she needs something, she'll simply bark to let you know. She's also great in a crate during car rides and knows how to hop in and out of vehicles, as long as they're not too high for her. If you're looking for a sweet, gentle companion, Bebe would love to meet you! ##2260954##

Story
Introducing the darling Jennifer, a petite 2-year-old Chihuahua-Jindo mix weighing in at a delightful 10 kilograms. This precious pup has quite the story to tell, having been rescued from a kill shelter alongside her precious puppies. Jennifer is what you might call a "people person" in the canine world. She adores meeting new friends and welcomes them with open paws, allowing even strangers to lavish her with pets and cuddles. In fact, she's quite the social butterfly and doesn't mind being carried around like the little queen she is. And oh, don't even get her started on belly rubs she's practically an expert at melting hearts with her irresistible display of a soft, fluffy belly begging for attention. Having been a devoted mom to her puppies, Jennifer has learned the art of sharing and getting along swimmingly with dogs of all shapes and sizes. She's a true peacemaker, always opting for a calm and collected approach when there's a sniff of conflict in the air. Whether it's a boisterous playmate or a gentle giant, Jennifer is all about spreading harmony and love in the doggy world. When it comes to cats, Jennifer's curiosity might pique when she spots a stray feline on her walks. But fear not her focus remains firmly on her trusted handler, ensuring that she stays on track and doesn't get too distracted by those mysterious creatures with whiskers. Now, Jennifer may tend to pull a bit on the leash when she's overcome with excitement on her adventures. But fear not, for she quickly settles down once she's had a chance to take in the sights and sounds of her surroundings. And as for those tear stains? Well, it seems that chicken might be the culprit, but a little TLC and a carefully tailored diet will have her sparkling like the gem she truly is. This charming canine companion is seeking a forever family who can shower her with plenty of love and affection, along with a dose of tranquillity to match her serene disposition. If you believe Jennifer is "the one" for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to her devoted team. She's ready to sprinkle your life with endless joy and puppy kisses! ##2260956##

Story
Quick Facts  Name: Seul-Ah Age: Approximately 12 years old Gender: Female Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Long-haired Chihuahua Mix Color: Brown Weight: Around 5 kg (fluctuates slightly) Health History I’m in great health, thanks to the wonderful care I’ve received. Heartworm: Tested negative on April 27, 2024. Surgeries: Neutered on October 22, 2024. Had surgery to correct patellar luxation in both knees (Grade 3), and now I can walk comfortably and happily. Dental Care: I’ve had a full dental cleaning and, though I had most of my teeth removed, it hasn’t slowed me down—I’m a pro at eating soft food! My Story I’m a gentle soul who enjoys the quieter side of life. At first, I might seem a little shy, but give me time and patience, and you’ll discover my affectionate side. I love to hop up on my hind legs and give a little dance when I’m excited to see you—it’s my special way of saying hello! On My Walks‍ I also like gentle walks in quiet areas. Busy streets can be a bit overwhelming for me, but in a serene setting, I enjoy exploring at my own pace. Sometimes loud noises or sudden movements startle me, but I feel safe when I’m with someone I trust. Life at Home I’m a polite housemate who’s already house-trained. Whether it’s a pad indoors or a nice spot outdoors, I’ve got my potty habits down. I ride quietly in a kennel and don’t mind relaxing there when needed. I might be a little protective of my meals if another dog is around—it’s just my way of saying, “This is mine!” But with humans, I’m more than happy to share and show no guarding behaviors. What Makes Me Special What makes me truly special is my quiet resilience and elegant demeanor. I’m not overly demanding for attention, but I’ll always let you know when I’m happy to see you with my signature little hop. I’m the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a calm and gentle presence. My Ideal Home I’m looking for a peaceful and loving home that matches my mellow personality. Here’s what I dream of:                •             A Quiet Environment: A serene household without too much hustle and bustle.                •             A Patient Family: Someone who understands that I need a little time to feel safe and loved.                •             Companionship: Whether it’s a calm doggy sibling or a human who enjoys relaxing days, I thrive with gentle company. Last Message If you’re searching for a sweet, soulful companion to share quiet moments with, I’d love to meet you. Let’s write the next chapter of our story together—I’m ready to be part of your world. ##2281987##

***REMINDER:  Please read the bio requirements and only fill in the application if you can meet ALL requirements. Due to the number of applications being received for each dog, we are only able to contact the applicants who have met ALL the listed Requirements*** Name/Tag#: Willy 4232 Age:  DOB- Sept 1, 2024 (4.5 months) Sex/Altered: Male/ Neutered  Weight: Currently 10lbs Breed: Chihuahua Mix Foster Home Location: UXBRIDGE, ON  Adoption Fee: $ 850.00 Temperament: Extremely playful, smart and friendly Activity/Energy Level: Puppy energy, busy at times Up to date on Shots: Yes Housebroken: Working on it Crate Trained: Yes, for nighttime  Ok with Dogs: Yes  Ok with Cats: Unknown  Ok with Kids: Yes, kids over 6 years Origin: Shelter release  Requirements: Home with securely fenced yard, someone home most of the time, active individual or family.   About Willy: Willy was found tied to a person’s door as a very young puppy. Beyond this there is no background information. His sibling in another tied bag did not survive. Willy is a true mix but as much as we can tell with his slight frame, he is a mix of chihuahua.  If you are a chihuahua lover, look no further. He has a short blond coat with a touch of white on his paws.  Willy is just a bundle of puppy energy. Loving beyond words, adoring everything and all people. He loves to investigate. He was born in September of this year so is a youngster and acts like one. Active and busy describe his character best. He is self entertaining with his love of toys, especially crinkle or squeaky ones. When it is down time, he will snuggle on your lap or a doggy bed to recoup his energy for the next round. Willy is not yet leash trained.  Our weather here has been somewhat of a hindrance.  Willy is not the fondest of the cold so he needs continuing encouragement to learn to potty outside.  I am positive that once the cold diminishes, this will be a lot easier. A crate is only provided for nighttime sleep and he is quiet until he hears the morning rumblings of the household. After 7 pm and Willy is ready for nighttime.  He eats his kibble with gusto, currently three times a day. He can be a companion to another fun-loving dog or can be on his own as long as his people are home with him and engage him in activities. If you have lots of time and energy to give to Willy, he will undoubtedly keep up with you. He is a self-assured little dude that will bring joy to his permanent home companions.  Questions?
