MY RESCUE STORY
I once had a family who loved me, but due to serious health challenges and cancer treatments, they were no longer able to care for me. I was left tied up with just a bag of food, confused and waiting for my family to come back. It was a scary and lonely time, but my story didn’t end there. Kind rescuers noticed my situation and wrapped me in the warmth and safety I had been missing.
Now I’m safe, cared for, and learning every day what it feels like to be truly loved again. I’m ready to leave the past behind and start a beautiful new chapter with a forever family who will cherish me and never let me feel alone again.

MY PERSONALITY
I’m truly the best of both worlds! I’m a super friendly boy who loves people and really enjoy human companionship, but I’m also independent and know how to keep myself entertained. I’m happy soaking up attention, and I’m just as content doing my own thing — balance is my specialty!
One of my favorite activities during walk time is climbing up onto a higher platform so I can watch the world go by. I like to think of it as my “king of the hill” moment! And when I get extra happy? I show my goofy side by wiggling and rubbing my back in excitement. I can’t help it — joy just takes over! Plus, I’m even cuter in person!
MY SOCIAL SKILLS
· With People: I love greeting new people and soaking up all the pets and affection I can get! I’ll happily take treats gently from your hand, and once we’ve said hello, you can even pick me up. I truly enjoy being close to my humans and sharing sweet, affectionate moments together.
· With Dogs: I enjoy greeting new dogs and saying a polite hello, but I don’t feel the need to jump straight into play. I’m confident and comfortable doing my own thing and appreciate having my own space. I tend to prefer larger dogs, as I feel more at ease around them. I’m also a true peacekeeper — if another dog is being pushy or a little too excited, I simply choose to walk away from the drama. I have a calm, balanced nature and handle social situations with quiet confidence.
· With Cats: My full reaction to cats is still unknown, but during walks I simply look at them with a bit of curiosity and then quickly refocus on my handler. I don’t fixate and happily continue on my way. A cat test can be arranged upon request to make sure it’s the perfect match for everyone.
ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY
I have a moderate energy level — I enjoy playing with my toys, soaking up the sunshine, and spending time outdoors exploring. After I’ve had my fun and walk time, I’m more than happy to curl up indoors for cozy snuggles and relaxation.
TRAINING & HABITS
I walk nicely on leash and do a great job following my handler’s lead. I love exploring the world with my nose, so during walks I enjoy stopping to sniff and investigate all the interesting scents around me — it’s my favorite way to take everything in.
I don’t guard my food with people, though I can be a little sensitive if other dogs are nearby during mealtime. I may give an attention bark from time to time, but overall I’m a quiet, well-mannered boy. I know how to rest calmly in my kennel, and I’m comfortable using both indoor pee pads and doing my business outdoors.
MY IDEAL HOME
I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

I’m a mellow, easygoing boy who enjoys calmly taking in my surroundings and appreciating my peaceful moments. At the same time, I absolutely love showering my people with kisses and affection. Volunteers and staff always comment on what a snuggle bug I am — I can be all cuddles one moment and cool and chill the next.
