Monkey is a Diabetic Alert Dog in training. She is doing quite well with detecting low glucose levels in diabetic patients. Monkey does not need to be placed in a home with a diabetic. My main goal is finding her a loving home. Monkey has completed her certification in her first Petsmart training course. Although Monkey is relatively well trained, she is very young and will need reinforcement training. Monkey is a high energy Chihuahua Mix. I believe she has Rat Terrier a/o Min Pin in her. Did I mention how sweet she is? Monkey is a loyal little love bug. She loves to curl her little body up against her person, and she prefers to sleep right next her person during the night. She is crate trained, and very rarely barks in my home. Monkey does not like to be too far from her person. Unlike most of my foster dogs, she always follows me out of the dog park.
