Story
This is Remy – he is a tiny 4lb 3-month-old chihuahua mix. Remy and his siblings were living in a very bad place and were surrendered to rescue by the owner. This unique little guy is always happy, playful and runs on a medium to medium-high energy level. He loves to be in your arms or lap, often his little tail wags in circles when he gets attention. Remy would make a great addition to any family. Remy is located in South Texas. Transport is available Out of State. All adoption fees include a current negative hw test if old enough, current age-appropriate vaccines including rabies, parvo/distemper, lepto, bordetella, current heartworm, and flea/tick preventions, and dewormers. Also included is a Health Certificate and transport costs from Texas. Please be advised that applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. The first step is to fill out an adoption application. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScN3U30BtH4aKBWmS00iCTw7uFg0JTLkAb7rmsHRTJxtw4weg/viewform?usp=sf_link

Hello, I'm Han! I was found as a stray along with Leia and Luke. We'd be happy in a home together but we can also be adopted separately. When we first arrived, we all had to be isolated because we were sick. Now I'm healthy, happy, and ready to find my furever home! I'm 100% a lap dog! I'd love to curl up with you and follow you around. I'm really silly and will paw at you if I'm not getting enough pets. I'm the most confident out of all my siblings! If you think Leia, Luke, or I are the match for you reach out to my friends here! The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, PA Kennel License #02941, 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042

Story
Jessica is still looking for her forever home. She is a 3 year old spirited love of a dog. After being surrendered to PSPCA last year along with over 60 other chihuahuas, Jessica found herself being looked over time and time again. We know this is likely because she did have a seizure coming out of her spay surgery. We had a willing foster and took her in as soon as we knew she was still there waiting. Jessica did have a couple of seizures with us in the beginning and fortunately she was at work with her foster mom so the Neurologist was able to witness it first hand. She has been placed on seizure medications and is doing really well. A little more about Jessica - she is an absolute doll that gets along with dogs, cats and kids. She would love a yard to romp around in as she is a bundle of energy. She knows when it's nap time and will burrow right in for a snooze. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on annual vaccines. We know some will look at her and say "she is so cute but the seizures....." The reality is she takes these meds a couple times a day and there really is nothing to be afraid of. Could she have a break through seizure? Yes she sure can. Obviously we cannot predict it. Some dogs go on meds and never have a seizure again while other have breakthrough and may need adjustments in medications. Jessica deserves the chance at forever especially after the situation she came from. She has all the love in the world to give. Story
Meet Pinky, a petite Chihuahua mix with the most beautiful hazel-green eyes! Pinky is young at around 1–2 years old and weighs 12 lbs. She was transferred to us from another shelter. Pinky is very nervous in the shelter setting and needs time to warm up to new people. Once she gets past her fears and becomes comfortable with you, she turns into a sweetheart though. She really enjoys car rides! Pinky is very vocal, so she'll need to be in a home without shared walls. Because of Pinky's nervousness, she should be in an adult-only household. She's open to meeting other dogs, if you have them in the home, and can be cat-tested if requested. Pinky is a dog that needs time to come out of her shell, but once she welcomes you into her circle, you'll be rewarded with her affection. If you think you can provide the right home for Pinky, apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Peaceable Kingdom, PA Kennel License #04131, 1049 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall, PA 18052
