Shrimp — a little gentleman with a big heart, weighing in at just 8 lbs. This 10-year-old Chihuahua–Maltese mix we think, is as sweet as they come. Shrimp is a gentle, happy boy who loves nothing more than being close to his person. He’ll happily follow you from room to room, just to make sure you don’t get lost without him. Even though he doesn’t have any teeth, Shrimp is a true foodie at heart — mealtime is his favorite time! He’s crate trained and sleeps well, though sometimes he can’t quite make it through the night, so he wears a diaper just to be safe. House training is still a work in progress, but he’s learning. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who will fill your days with love and quiet companionship, Shrimp is ready to wiggle right into your heart. Local Only adoption fee is $200(in TX)

Now I am part of the cool kids ;) no hair loss, yeast infection, poor nutrition for me!!!! I am not "hoping" for food today, I have more than I need:) my foster family is just the best! So here are a few facts about me; I am great with other dogs and love a doggy friend in my furever home..no felines though...they r not my favorite friends.... I am looking forward to having my own family, one that will commit to me furever. I ended up in rescue because my mom had to go to a nursing home and none of the family wanted to take care of me...... so here I am looking for you! Don't make me wait too long!! Presley is a very sweet senior Chi that came to us with some leg stiffness due to a luxating patella that is frozen in place and a large growth on her toe on her hind leg. We have had it checked out and have scheduled a biopsy to determine if the mass under the cyst is malignant or benign so Presley will not be available until after the first of the year when we have that done and have received the results back. She does attached to a human which is a typical Chi and is very sweet! She was great with body handling at the vet!January 28, 2026, 6:11 pm
