Chiweenie puppies and dogs in Lodi, California

I found this little guy when I was walking my own dog. Later I found out he'd been abandoned by a woman at the park. He's playful and sleeps in his crate. He also is potty trained. I am unable to keep him as he stresses out my own dog and we have no time to play with him.

A couple of weeks ago I was walking my own dog when we came upon a puppy who had been abandoned at the park. There was nobody around, so I took him to get microchipped. He was not chipped. I decided to keep him and immediately put his information on social media and called shelters. They were all full. I have been keeping the dog safe and got him his first set of vaccinations. We do not have space or time for a puppy, as he is very playful and energetic. He stresses out our older dog. This little guy would be great for a family or someone who wants a smart, cuddly little playpal.

ola was pulled from Stanislaus Shelter’s red list on February 20th, just nine days after arriving completely shut down and overwhelmed. Like so many sensitive little souls, the shelter environment swallowed her confidence, and she quickly landed on the euthanasia list. But one foster stepped up. A transporter said yes. And because of that, Lola’s story didn’t end — it began. She spent her first weekend in quiet decompression, and she was an absolute angel. Once she moved to her regular foster home, she blossomed almost instantly. She now sleeps curled up with the foster’s daughter, plays joyfully with the resident dogs, and soaks up every bit of affection she can get. Her confidence grows daily, and her sweetness is undeniable. Shiloh is a 15 year old chihuahua, he loves to rest in his cage and interact with other small dogs. He is potty trained . He will vocalize when he needs to potty outside and thirsty or hungry He gets along well with small dogs Is afraid of big dogs. Does well with kids as long as he isn’t treated like a toy! But since he is older he prefers to not be messed with. He enjoys snacks For the most part he is super calm. He will open up to people who are kind and GENTEL with him. He is anxious when meeting new people but all he needs is reassurance. Doesn’t like to be taunted or messed with he is sensitive. Iv had Shiloh since he was 4 months old as my support animal . I’m really hoping to find him a loving and gentle home . He is old. And unfortunately he does not see well in the dark. He sees ok in daylight. He is missing his front teeth so is only feed wet/ soft food.

Meet Buffy! She’s an adorable 1.5-year-old, 14.2-pound white mix, likely a Chihuahua/Pug (Chug) mix with a mostly smooth coat. Buffy is a sweet girl who is a bit shy and tends to hide, so she’ll need some patience and gentle handling as she adjusts. She’s food motivated, which will help with training and bonding. Buffy is scheduled to be spayed soon, but she’s available to go to her new home now. She’s microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. She may require some additional house and leash training, so patience and consistency will be key. Buffy would do best in an adult-only home or one with gentle teenagers.
