Story
Meet Buffy! She’s an adorable 1.5-year-old, 14.2-pound white mix, likely a Chihuahua/Pug (Chug) mix with a mostly smooth coat. Buffy is a sweet girl who is a bit shy and tends to hide, so she’ll need some patience and gentle handling as she adjusts. She’s food motivated, which will help with training and bonding. Buffy is scheduled to be spayed soon, but she’s available to go to her new home now. She’s microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. She may require some additional house and leash training, so patience and consistency will be key. Buffy would do best in an adult-only home or one with gentle teenagers. Buster has come a long way! He is curious and adventuresome but will stay right by your side, what's known as a "velcro" dog. He loves to lounge on the bed with you or go for a walk and sneak up behind you for kisses! He would love to go everywhere with you and is just learning to love car rides. He does well with most other dogs and does not get in fights; currently friends with an American bully "pocket pit" (Dahlilah, also listed with our rescue). He LOVES his crate and is learning to walk on leash. AND he would like me to tell you that he must have blankets to burrow under. :-) If you cannot find him, he is under his pile of blankets! Please hit us up if you have any interest in BUSTER! ADOPTION FEE: Cost of neuter at clinic of your choice. Valley Canine Specialists Admin@ValleyCanine.org (209)280-0892

Meet Daphne, a sweet and gentle little soul who’s ready to find her forever family and start her happily ever after. At just almost 8 months old and weighing only 12 pounds, this adorable Cream-colored Chihuahua mix is full of love and ready to share her life with someone special. Daphne is a brave little girl—potty trained with potty pads and eager to learn, though she needs a bit of leash training as she loves to run and explore. While she’s a tiny bit shy at first, once she feels safe and loved, she blossoms into a true sweetheart, full of affection and charm. She’s been in a home with respectful young children and is so gentle and patient with them. Daphne is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to bring joy and love into a new family. Story
Meet Sweet Foxy! Foxy is a beautiful 2-year-old, 15.8-pound cream with apricot-coloring Pomeranian mix with a shy but charming personality. She’s blossoming more each day and has a delightful character that will win your heart. Foxy would thrive as your one and only love, especially if you work from home and enjoy cuddling and holding your pup. She gets along well with other dogs, making her a great companion for a multi-dog household if desired. She’s still learning leash manners and may need some house training, but she’s doing well when kept on a consistent schedule. Foxy is scheduled to be spayed soon, but we’re actively seeking her perfect forever home now. She’s microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Breed experience is preferred, especially since Pomeranians require regular grooming—both at home and professionally—to keep them looking their best. Could you be the one to give Foxy the pampered, loving life she deserves? She’s a darling girl looking for her forever family! Story
Meet Jackson! Say hello to Jackson, a handsome 2-year-old, 14-pound golden Pomeranian mix. This adorable little love bug was found by a kind-hearted Samaritan and has since become a cherished member of the AFC family. Jackson’s biggest desire? To be wherever you are! He’s a devoted companion who thrives on close human connection. His ideal home is with someone who works from home or is home most of the time, as he prefers not to be left alone for long periods. Jackson gets along well with playful dogs and loves making new friends. He’s friendly with an adorable smile, that he shows to everyone he meets and has plenty of love to give. He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, and has a microchip for added peace of mind. He will need some leash training and may require a bit of potty training, but he’s a quick learner and does great when kept on a consistent schedule. Please note that breed experience is preferred, as Pomeranians require regular grooming—both at home and professionally—to keep him looking and feeling his best. Jackson is a fantastic little companion looking for his forever home. If you’re ready to share your life with a loyal and cuddly friend, Jackson is ready to meet you!
