Story
This absolutely adorable, wonderfully tender, sweet brother sister duo is Arroz and Frijole! Translated to… Rice and Beans! These two little darlings lived with their family since they were pups. They loved them very much and did their best to care for them, but have gone through personal issues that sadly forced them to have to give up their pups. Many people desperately tried to find them a solution where they would definitely stay together as they’ve never known life without each other, and were already heartbroken to lose their family. Thankfully a wonderful couple agreed to foster these two to ensure they are safe, well loved, and find a new future- together! Arroz is the sister, and she weighs 12 lbs., and both of her ears stand up straight! Frijoles is the brother and he weighs 13.5 lbs, and one of his ears flops! They are 3 years old and happy, adorable little peanuts! They have had their vaccines completed, they have tested negative for heartworm, been dewormed, microchipped, they are current on preventative and they are spayed and neutered! These cuddle bugs are healthy, happy, thriving pups and can’t wait to begin their next chapter together! These two little loves came into foster and were just incredible! Day one they were a little shy and reserved together, observing everything and getting established. By day three, they were social butterflies in love with everyone! They absolutely are fantastic with other animals! They are great with other dogs large and small, male and female, and they are great with cats! They have a very easy going, cheerful personalities. They absolutely love toys, especially toys with squeakers! They have been fantastic with reliably going potty both outside or on pee pads. They have had excellent house manners and have been well loved house pups. They enjoy snuggling in the sofa, and sleeping in bed with their parents at night. They are loving pups and would do great in an easy going home with any combination of animals as long as they have each other. They’d love parents who enjoy snuggles and cuddles when they watch movies or read a book, etc. They will be very loving, devoted little companions for many years to come! If these two beautiful blonde babies have captured your heart and you’d love to be the person who makes their dream of finding a loving home together come true, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!! **NOTE** to ensure prompt response- please go directly to our website (www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org) to apply, or email (inquiries.rescuematch@aol.com) directly with any questions to ensure your inquiry/application is received by our organization. Story
This absolutely adorable, tender sweet little girl is Mochi! She came into the pound with her two 6 month old pups when their owner was unable to keep their pups any longer. Everyone felt so terrible for this tiny little family and did everything they could to advocate for them and get them out of the crowded shelter and to safety! Thankfully, that’s when their amazing foster home stepped in! This darling young lady is 18 months old and is full grown. She has gone into the vets and had everything completed! She’s now current on vaccines, deworming, preventative, and she’s tested negative for heartworm. She has also been microchipped and spayed! She’s healthy as can be and ready to find true love! Mochi is an absolutely tender, sweet doll. She came in and was sad to have lost her family, and a little shy, but so sweet with everyone. The next day her two daughters arrived and this girl was soooooo happy to see her babies! She immediately began to play and was just so happy. She’s settled in so beautifully now and is absolutely thriving. She is fantastic with all other dogs she meets, she’s great with cats, and has fantastic house manners. She is both housetrained to go potty outside and will also use pee pads. She is a perfect sofa snuggler and loves to cuddle up beside you or in your lap to watch a movie, or snuggle with you in bed. She has a more tender, loving, submissive personality and longs for easy going, gentle, loving parents! She will be fine as an only pup, though would love a doggy friend as she does thrive with that connection (maybe even one of her daughters!). She enjoys little toys, little walks, tons of snuggles, and the love a devoted home will give. Shes absolutely beautiful with so much character in her ears! Shes a petite little beauty loving to be held and truly cherished. If this amazing little girl has stolen your heart and you’d love to make her dreams come true, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!! **NOTE** to ensure prompt response- please go directly to our website (www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org) to apply, or email (inquiries.rescuematch@aol.com) directly with any questions to ensure your inquiry/application is received by our organization. Peanut **Not Available to Be Seen Until Open House on Wednesday August 26th!** 4 mos./7 lb./Male/Chihuahua/Dachshund Mix Name: Peanut Age: 4 months Weight: 7 lbs Breed: Chiweenie Mix Status: Just a little Peanut looking for my forever family! About Me Hi, I’m Peanut! I’m a little Chiweenie pup with a tiny body, an adorable face, and a whole lot of growing up still to do. At just 4 months old, I’m busy doing all the important puppy things—playing, exploring, learning, and figuring out just how cute I need to be to get my way. I’m still young, so I’ll need a family ready to continue my training and help me become the best little guy I can be. I’m the perfect size for snuggling up beside you, tagging along on adventures, and generally making myself an important part of your everyday life. I may be just a little Peanut now, but give me a chance and I’ll take up a great big piece of your heart. Best Qualities Adorable and pint-sized Playful puppy personality Curious and ready to explore Perfect little sidekick Lots of love packed into 7 pounds Ideal Match A family ready for all the fun—and work—that comes with raising a puppy! I’m looking for someone who will give me plenty of love, playtime, continued training, and guidance as I grow. Deal Breakers Expecting me to already know all the rules Skipping out on continued puppy training and socialization Underestimating me just because I’m little! Fun Fact They call me Peanut because “Ridiculously Cute Tiny Gentleman” was apparently too long for my name tag.

Story
Beckett is a happy, smart, very active little dog looking for his new forever home. He is very inquisitive and needs to be involved in his new family's life. He loves to go for car rides and does great in the car. He is leash trained but does weave back and forth. He loves his walks and enjoys sniffing all the new things. He will do best with a fenced in yard because he loves to run in the yard and watch the birds. Beckett likes toys but has not found his favorite type yet. Seems to like nylabones. He is vocal when he is outside and will need some supervision. He is not a yappy dog though. His barking has a purpose. He likes to snuggle, but only for brief periods because he is very busy playing with his foster siblings and making sure that everything is in its place outside. He has taught himself how to use the dog door and only has had one accident in the house when the dog door was closed. He is not a big fan of the crate and sleeps well all night on the bed with his foster parents and foster siblings. No accidents during the night. He is playful and has a lot of energy and would be a great companion to an active family. He is a little cautious at first but warms up quickly. He needs to be adopted in Crossville, TN.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
If you are looking for a professional true crime watcher and lap sitter look no further! Since you’re reading this, you’re obviously looking for a new best friend and, hey, so am I! My name is Buddy, and I am an adorable, incredibly affectionate Dachshund who is also a very young 7-ish years old. I would describe myself as medium sized however my current foster Mom thinks I’m a little chonky. I DO love snacks and am very food motivated. She has said that I am very handsome, stunning with loving eyes and love kissing her and giving her all the affection and kisses. I DO enjoy baths and love the attention that I receive on spa days! I have a unique personality, and nothing makes me happier than seeing someone reach for a leash and or lead to take me outside for a walk or just to play and roll in the grass. I am still working on my leash manners and I foresee in time, being able to be more patient and allow you to keep up with me. I have enjoyed roaming in the fenced in yard and smelling the roses, literally. I am happy to load up into the vehicle and go for rides. I love looking out the windows and sight seeing!During the day, while my foster folks are at work, I am happy to lay around my open crate in the same room with my foster sister while we wait for them to come home. I am learning to not jump when we get company or someone comes over due to my excitement and will, with patience, learn to be calmer. I slept in the crate at night a couple of times, but my foster mom got lonely, so I got in bed with her and my foster sister (she is 70 pounds! Talk about chonky!).I do seem to get along well with other dogs and recently went for a nail trim and there were several dogs there to meet and greet, and we all seemed to like each other and get along. The groomer and I bonded instantly, and I do make friends quickly. I am interested in the cat here, where I stay, but she doesn’t like me…you know how uppity some cats can be. I think my ideal human(s) would be either a quiet older person or a retired couple who could devote their time to me. I bond strongly with my special person and am looking for someone who can be home with me, and we can solve true crime shows together. I don’t care for sudden movements or loud noises and will be discerning about new people, so I don’t think that I would like to be around small children. I think that small people and their energy may be overwhelming to me, but I hear that’s typical for pups like me. I am a very smart boy who prefers routine and will alert (bark) when I want to go outside to potty or just get out of the house, of course I know that a treat is coming when I’ve been a “good boy”. So, what do you say? Wanna give it a try? I really need a bestie and someone to watch TV with. Please reach out soon!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
