Lou Lou is a lovable 6-year-old mixed breed that weighs about 20 pounds and has a gentle, easygoing personality that`s impossible not to adore. She loves being close to her people, happily soaking up cuddles without ever being demanding, and she`s perfectly content lounging on the porch, taking leisurely walks, or enjoying a cozy nap between snack breaks. Chew toys, chicken jerky treats, squeaky toys, and car rides all earn Lou Lou`s enthusiastic approval! Though she has cataracts, she navigates the world remarkably well. Once she`s familiar with her surroundings, she confidently makes her way around the house, carefully takes the stairs, and enjoys sniffing her way through walks at her own thoughtful pace.Lou Lou is looking for a family that appreciates her gentle spirit and will continue helping her thrive. Estimated to be about 4 years old and weighing 17 lbs, this little beauty got a bath and a spiffy new hair cut after getting her booster shots earlier so she is a healthy, gorgeous and very happy little girl. Here’s what her foster mom has to say about her… “This dog is a really, really good girl. She’s a great size. She loves to cuddle. She’s got a lot of spunk. She eats well. She loves treats. She sits, she shakes. She sits in the backseat of the car and doesn’t cry. She sleeps on the floor or in a bed although she would probably be happy if you invited her up, lol. She’s really friendly and gets along with other dogs. She’ll come up to you and rub all over your feet looking for a belly rub. She’s a beautiful brown color and very soft. She has the cutest little eyebrows.” Although Georgia is the happy little pack leader of 3 other adorable dogs in her foster home, she is ready to find her own castle. Panther is being fostered in PA.9/8/26: Panther continues to heal from her first TECA surgery, an infection delayed healing a little bit and we hope to be able to remove her sutures in another week or so. Her sutures have been removed from her eye and it has healed very well. She's feeling a little shy and will only let us take pictures of her "good side"! Such a prima donna!She is still waiting for BDRA to raise the remaining funds so that we can schedule her second TECA surgery. We are about halfway there but until we have raised the money, she has to wait a little longer.My name is Panther and I want a home where I will have someone to cuddle me all the time! I will follow you around and show you just how much love I have to give. I live with a bunch of other dogs in my foster home and I like them all but if I have to be the only dog that you love, well, I'm fine with that too!My favorite thing in the world is Churro treats. My foster mom likes to hide medicine in them and she thinks I don't know it, but I don't care because Churro bites make everything yummy! I'm not a picky eater but when my foster mom puts some homemade food on top of my kibble, oh boy is that the good stuff! I gobble that down so fast!I like going out for a little while but I would rather be inside laying on the couch or a bed, even the floor. Sometimes it gets just too hot out there and I don't like that. I will walk for you on a leash but I would rather just run along with my foster mom through my fenced in yard. It's so much fun following her around.I've had a bit of a rough time, they just stole my left eye, I don't know what they plan to do with it, it's broken, but whatever. I don't even miss it a little bit. They also did some big surgery to my left ear. My foster mom calls it a TECA and the surgeon explained to me that it was a Total Ear Canal Ablation. I don't know what that means but I know they took all the yucky things out of my ear and now it feels so much better. They tell me I'm going to have the same thing done in my right ear. I can't wait, my right ear hurts so badly too! My foster mom said that they are waiting until they raise the money to do it. I don't know what money is, but I hope they raise it soon so I can feel all better!Right now I am not looking my prettiest, but I am healing every day and my fur will grow back good as new!My foster mom says the family that gets to live with me forever will be a very lucky family. I'm the best girl ever!BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Graham is a goofy, energetic little dog who is an absolute joy to have around! We recently adopted him from a family who had to rehome him due to allergies, and unfortunately, my husband has developed a dog allergy as well. We can't seem to find a solution so we're heartbroken to be looking for a new home for him.Graham loves to play, gives the best greetings at the door, absolutely LOVES sniffing and exploring, loves squirrels, plays fetch, & has the funniest little boings! He does well with other dogs and has lived with babies and toddlers. He's also done well with baths and having his paws, ears, and mouth handled. He is about 11 months old and approximately 26lbs.He'd thrive with an active family, ideally with a big yard to explore and plenty of people to play with him. My owner was moving and could not take me with her so she asked CSAC to help find me a new home. I am a special needs dog. I will walk and run in circles. The best guess is that I was born this way. If I am really focusing on something, I can walk in a straight line. When I am anxious or excited, I will circle. I have glaucoma. My right eye had to be removed, and I get drops in my left eye. I am house trained and crate trained. I have lived with cats but not other dogs. I love to play with toys, swim and explore. I should be in a home with a fenced in yard because I could trip up people with a leash. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with the CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will turn me into a happy, cherished family pet again. Hope to see you soon.
