Story
Some dogs come into your life for a reason. We believe Stardust is one of them.
Stardust is searching for the one thing she's never truly had—a person to call her own. Her soulmate. Her best friend. Her forever.
While she can tolerate and even get along with other dogs, Stardust's heart is telling us she'd be happiest as your one and only. Your shadow. Your Velcro companion. The one who greets you every morning, follows you from room to room, and reminds you every day just how special the bond between a person and their dog can be. Cats you ask? Although she might be “ok” with cats, we think she’d be best as the only pet in the household.
Many of you have followed Stardust's journey. She is deaf and partially blind, but those are simply details—they do not define her. She has adapted beautifully and navigates the world with incredible confidence. She learns quickly, maps out her surroundings in no time, and runs with such joy and freedom that you'd never guess she has any limitations.
She's incredibly intelligent, eager to learn (especially when treats are involved!), and happiest when she's close to her people.

Stardust is a petite girl, weighing just 41 pounds, and we estimate she's between 2 and 3 years old. Her perfect home is one where someone is home most of the time or has a lifestyle that allows their dog to be part of everyday life. More than anything, she's looking for connection, companionship, and the chance to love someone with her whole heart.
