Story
MATILDA WAS LEFT AT A CHURCH… DON’T LET THAT BE THE END OF HER STORY 💔 🚨 Someone left her at a church door… and walked away. No name. No explanation. No one coming back. Now Matilda sits in a loud, scary shelter trying to make sense of it all… wondering why she was left behind. She’s about 6 years old and only 25 pounds—a tiny, gentle soul who never asked for any of this. And here’s the truth about her: ✨ Once she’s out of the kennel, she is soft, affectionate, and loving ✨ She just wants to be close to someone ✨ Quiet, docile, and incredibly sweet ✨ Dog that will bond deeply once she feels safe She’s nervous in the kennel… but that’s not who she is. That’s fear. That’s heartbreak. 💔 She is not broken—she is just scared and needs someone to show her she’s safe again. Dogs like Matilda don’t do well in shelters… and they don’t get much time. 🙏 PLEASE — Matilda needs a calm, loving home ASAP. Give her the second chance she never got. Because being abandoned shouldn’t be how her story ends. PLEASE TEXT KAREN 4136298152

Story
Calling all confident resident dogs who want their owners to adopt their next bestie. Now 7 months old and around 30 pounds, Patriot has been growing into quite the handsome guy, and as he gets older, we’re thinking this fluffy boy may actually be more of a Border Collie mix than the Great Pyrenees mix we originally assumed from our partner shelter! One thing hasn’t changed though: he’s still a world class cuddle bug who thinks he’s lap dog sized. Patriot loves slow sniffy walks, rolling in the grass, cozy naps, and learning with his foster dad. When he’s in the middle of learning something new he stares at his foster dad with these big, understanding, know it all eyes that just melt your heart . He’s house trained, crate trained, gentle, and is making wonderful progress learning the ropes of being a family dog. He already knows “sit” and “find it” and is working on commands like “down,” “wait,” and “place.” Loud city noises and new experiences can make him nervous, but every single day he gets a little braver. Watching his confidence grow has been one of the sweetest things! His dream home includes a confident, well-trained, medium energy dog who can show him that the world isn’t so scary. He absolutely lights up around social dogs and would thrive with a canine role model to help him continue building confidence. ##2773019##

Story
ADOPT WANDA ✨ Wanda is a one-year-old auburn beauty, and at 45 pounds she's that perfect middle size — sturdy enough for adventures, small enough for the couch. At her last adoption event, she talked to everyone. Not nervous chatter — Wanda just genuinely did not want to miss meeting a single person. She takes treats gently, rolls right over for belly rubs, and hands out puppy kisses to anyone who gets close enough. This fun-loving Border Collie mix has a big, loving heart, and she's thriving in her foster home with KIDS, a DOG, and a CAT. Yes — kid friendly, dog friendly, cat friendly. All three. She's also house trained, crate trained, and settles quietly in her crate like a pro. Someone already did the hard part. All that's left is loving her. Ready to meet your forever best friend?
