Story
Kodak is a sweet, loyal dog looking for a calm loving home. Hes house trained and will stand by the door when he needs to go outside. He knows when to come when called and loves attention once he trusts you. He doesnt know any formal tricks, but responds when you pat where you want him to go. Although he eager to please and can continue learning with patience and positive reinforcement. Kodak gets along well with other dogs but is not a good fit for homes with cats or young children, Because of his difficult past, he startles easily and would do best in an adult or one-on-one home with someone patient and understanding. He hasnt had much leash training and gets anxious during car rides, so he'll need someone to help him build confidence. We're rehoming him because our home now has a young child, and we want him to have the safe, peaceful enviroment he deserves.

Story
Meet sweet, loyal Argos This sweet boy is the cutest, fluffiest little guy with a big personality! Hes playful, curious, and loves having fun. He especially enjoys toys, playing with other dogs, and people who are ready to get down and play with him. As a Corgi (specific type unknown, possibly Pembrook Welsh) , hes an intelligent, energetic, and people-oriented pup who will thrive with an adopter who keeps him engaged. Corgis are known for being loyal, affectionate, playful, clever, and sometimes a little opinionated. Theyre happiest when theyre included in their familys daily life and given plenty of exercise, training, and mental stimulation. He loves being with his people and does not particularly enjoy being left alone, so hell need an adopter who can spend plenty of time home with him and is willing to continue working patiently on independence and crate training. The right home He would do best with a home that can provide: Daily play, walks, exercise, and mental enrichment Plenty of interaction and companionship Positive, consistent training and continued socialization Someone who enjoys an active, playful dog Patience and a gradual approach to crate training and alone time Another playful, well-matched dog could be a great addition, as he loves canine friends Corgis are small but not low-energy dogs. He will likely grow to around 1012 inches tall and 2030 pounds and will need regular activity and engagement throughout his life. Hes an incredibly sweet, fun-loving puppy who wants to be part of the action and close to his people. Were looking for an adopter who will give him the companionship, structure, training, and activity he needs to grow into a happy, well-rounded adult. Adoption Details An adoption fee of $800 fully covers his essential medical start, including current vaccines, with future boosters provided by one of our rescue volunteers, as well as future alteration surgery and rabies vaccination at one of our partner veterinary clinics. Alternatively, we offer a $100 reimbursement if you prefer to use your own primary veterinarian for alteration surgery. Story
I’m Miranda. Small Package. Big Comeback. I’m about 5 years old. A Pit Bull Terrier and Corgi mix, which means I’m a little bit sturdy, a little bit sassy, and a whole lot of heart packed into one cute frame. People call me a medium sized gift package. I think that fits. I’m the kind of dog who doesn’t take up much space, but somehow fills the whole room. I’ve been through more than I should have. I handled it. I kept going. I did the hard part already, and I came out the other side stronger. You don’t need to fix me. I’m ready now. I’m sweet. I’m loving. I like being close. I like knowing I belong somewhere. I’m not here for chaos or drama. I’m here for a real home, steady routines, and someone who wants a dog that just fits into their life.  I do have special needs. I have a spinal issue, and am going to physical therapy twice a week.  I’ve got that mix of play and calm. I’ll enjoy the moment, then settle right in next to you like that’s where I’ve always been. If you’re looking for a dog who has done the work, who appreciates the simple things, and who will quietly make your life better just by being there, I’m ready for you. All I need now is a place to land that lasts. ##2678068##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Taffy. Taffy is a sweet puppy looking for the patient, loving family she deserves. She was owner surrendered through no fault of her own, and while she may be unsure of new people at first, she has so much love waiting to come out of her shell. Taffy did not receive the socialization she needed while growing up, so she needs a family who understands that trust takes time. She may be nervous when meeting new people and will need someone willing to let her go at her own pace. Once she warms up, though, her sweet and goofy personality really shines. She will even dance for you in return for some treats or attention. Taffy’s favorite thing in the world is a good back scratch, and once she trusts you, she will happily soak up all the attention she can get. Older/considerate kids only. Taffy is still just a puppy, and with patience, consistency, positive experiences, and plenty of love, we know she will come out of her shell and become a playful puppy. She just needs someone willing to give her the time and understanding she deserves. Taffy is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on ProHeart 6 and Bravecto. Her adoption fee is $400. To apply to adopt Taffy, visit www.adoggie4you.org. Taffy is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, Taffy cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 13, 2026, 5:14 pm
