I was rescued when my owners wanted to euthanize me for having special needs. My previous family must have used a shock collar on me as I have some neck sensitivities. Once I know you I’m comfortable with you touching my neck but I need a little time with that. Keeping in mind that I’m deaf, I do appreciate you letting me know when your doing things to me so that your not scaring me. Investing your time and love into me will be so worth it!! I am an absolute sweetheart. I am a sweet, loving and smart baby who just wants a loving family who understands my special needs. I am good with older children and other animals. Please add a lotta unconditional love, sloppy kisses, tail wags and endless happiness to your family and contact jbrescuerangers@yahoo.com for an adoption application and bring me home. Bobbin is 6.5 years old and has been a resident at the rescue for over 3 years. She is a favorite of workers and visitors alike! She considers herself the supervisor of all activity. Kind of the no nonsense serious type that always has to be cool. Occasionally breaks character and shows her goofy side! Only 30+ pounds! Practically fits in your pocket!! Bobbin gets to run around as much as she wants, but she could use an active family that will help her get in shape. She is sweet and loves attention. She has decided that it's time to find a home of her own.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Bobbin's adoption fee is $150.
