I'm 20 lbs, and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $400 Heaven is a gentle, sweet soul who is ready to find a forever family of her very own. She came to the shelter as the devoted mama of seven beautiful puppies after being trapped on a property where she had been running loose. Her puppies have all found homes, and now it’s finally Heaven’s turn to be someone’s baby. This sweet girl can be shy and unsure, especially in new situations, but beneath her timid exterior is a loving heart just waiting to blossom. With patience, understanding, and a little time, her affectionate personality begins to shine, and watching her confidence grow is incredibly rewarding. Heaven would do best with a special family that will let her adjust at her own pace and give her the grace she needs to feel safe. A confident, friendly dog in the home would be a wonderful companion to help show her the ropes and reassure her that everything is going to be okay. After spending so much of her life caring for others and simply trying to survive, Heaven deserves a family that will shower her with the love she’s always deserved. If you have a patient heart and room in your home for a truly special girl, Heaven is ready to start her happily ever after. All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon!
