I got Prince as a puppy from my uncle. He is going to be 7 in December 2026. I’m looking to rehome him due to our very busy schedule, I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids, my husband has a full time job and works sometimes on weekends. We can’t give him the love and attention that we would like to. He absolutely deserves a loving home where he gets lots of cuddles and playtime. He is 100% potty trained, has never gone in the house. He loves to play fetch and tug of war. He’s very affectionate and loves to give kisses! Loves to lounge in the sun. Extremely smart knows commands like sit, stay, lay down, roll over, paws up, spin, shake and has a decent recall. Has no aggression at all towards other dogs, cats or any animal. He is sweet, playful and very relaxed.

This little hotdog-shaped girl is Camela! She weighs 30 lbs. She has an interesting look to her that makes us think she's a Dachshund wearing a German Shepherd jacket. :) She has an unknown history, but based on her teeth, she is estimated to be around 3 to 4 years old. She is a lovely girl that just wants to join you for a cuddle and receive gentle pets. She was found with a dog friend and she pretty mellow, so that makes us think she'd do ok with a resident doggie. Any resident pups should join the meet-and-greet so we know how everyone gets along! Camela was originally a stray, so once her stray hold is over on 7/18, she will be spayed and microchipped (scheduled for 7/21). Adorable Gretchen is ready to wiggle her way right into your heart! She is a darling 6 ½ -month-old puppy (born approximately 10/30/25), weighing 10.8 pounds, with a beautiful black and tan coat. This sweet Dachshund / Chihuahua mix definitely takes after her Doxie side with her long little body and irresistible charm. Gretchen came to AFC with her sister, Gretel, who is also available for adoption. She was lovingly surrendered so she could find the forever family she deserves. Gretchen is current on her vaccinations, micro-chipped and is scheduled to be spayed soon, but she is ready to start meeting potential adopters now. She’s still a puppy, so she will need continued house training and leash training, but she’s already learning the routine of going in and out on command and is eager to please.
