One thing you'll notice right away is her adorable gray muzzle. While it may give her a distinguished look, its not because she's a senior. Maddie has simply been rocking that frosted face long before her time, and it only adds to her charm. Maddie came to Canine Castaways with her daughter, Chloe, through no fault of their own. Despite the changes in her life, Maddie has remained the friendly, confident girl she's always been. Unlike her daughter, who happily follows the crowd, Maddie is a natural leader. She gets along well with other dogs but isn't afraid to step up and take charge if she feels the situation calls for it. She's confident without being pushy and carries herself with the quiet assurance of a dog who knows exactly who she is. Maddie loves people and doesn't hesitate to make new friends. Strangers are simply people she hasn't greeted yet. She enjoys attention, affection, and being part of whatever her humans are doing. She also gets along well with other dogs and pays very little attention to cats. When it comes to treats, Maddie has a particular weakness: doggy ice cream. If there's a pup cup, frozen treat, or canine ice cream on the menu, Maddie would like you to know she's available for taste testing duties. Whether she's making friends, supervising the household, or enjoying a special treat, Maddie brings a wonderful combination of confidence, sweetness, and companionship wherever she goes.
