Story
Hi my name is Cookee, and I'm the sweetest treat of a pup that you'll ever meet. People say I remind them of cookies and cream when I give them sweet kisses on the nose or bump up and snuggle with them when they're feeling down. I am a Dachshund-Basset mix and medium sized about 30# full grown. Sitting on people's couches or laps is my favorite pastime as I get to snuggle close to the people I love, which is practically everyone! I LOVE OTHER DOGS TOO!! I definitely want a home with other dogs :) As I am a bit on the older side and lived on the streets until I was saved with my babies in my tummy. I have been living at my foster home and am ready for my forever HOME!! I will need a patient and loving family to give me a good life of exercise- LOL, playtime, treats, love, affection, and belonging. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

Story
FRY-GUY   BREED: Chihuahua cross (possibly Chi-Weenie and something extra) AGE: 3 months old WEIGHT: 6 pounds   LIKES: Hugs, piling in a dog bed with other pups, giving little puppy kisses.   DISLIKES: Being left out of the fun.   PERSONALITY TRAITS: Fry-Guy is super loving and loves to be held. He also does the cutest little hoppy thing to greet people! He is playful but doesn't seem particularly high energy.   POTTY TRAINING STATUS: He's using the potty pads reliably.   CRATE TRAINING STATUS: He sleeps in a pen with his sister and another puppy each night.   EXTRAS/MISC.: This little man and his mom seem to have carried a gene for Alopecia. His skin and fuzz is velvety soft - he just doesn't have much fur! It doesn't require any extra care, but he may need a sweater in the winter. (His mom does have thicker hair around her body with some thinner parts on her head/belly, so it's possible he will also get more fur with age.)   To further inquire about FRY-GUY, click on the link to submit an application. Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how FRY-GUY will mesh with your lifestyle.    Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet.    Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. We look forward to facilitating a positive and solid adoption for FRY-GUY, as well as his future family.   *Fostered in Eugene/Springfield, Oregon   All card transactions for adoptions are charged 3%.   ADOPTION APP: https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/   FOSTER APP: https://www.wigglytails.org/foster-application-and-information-sheet Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with information about the next steps and setting up a Meet and Greet. Story
MICKEY (f)   BREED: Chihuahua cross (possibly Chi-weenie) AGE: 2 years old WEIGHT: 11 lbs.   This little mama is a young empty nester, looking for a calm home environment to settle into. She enjoys gentle walks, sitting in the sunshine, and snuggles on comfy beds. She needs a home that can be gentle with her and is willing to take the time to earn her trust.    Mickey was found by a Good Samaritan, when she was pregnant with 3 pups, and had been living her young life as an outdoor dog.    Mickey is currently sleeping in a crate and goes potty outside when asked. She gets along with respectful small dogs and cats. She is nervous around large and/or excitable dogs or small children due to her petite size.   Little Mickey is full of potential, and has a gentle heart that will grow to draw her people in and wrap them around her dainty paw. Time is your friend with this girl by your side.    To further inquire about MICKEY, click on the link to submit an application. Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how MICKEY will mesh with your lifestyle.    Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet.    Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. Story
Located in Texas but transport is available. Transport cost is $230. Petra is a tiny little girl. She is petite and has really short hair. We don’t expect her to get very big. She was a little unsocial when she came to us but is getting better everyday. She’s very sweet and playful. She loves to be with her siblings so another dog in the house would be perfect for her.*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Once adoption is finalized the pet will be transported to the adopters location for an additional fee (currently $230-$250).* The adoption fee helps to cover some of the cost of vetting the animal prior to adoption (spay/neuter, microchipping, and up to date vaccinations). Please fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41
