At just barely a year old he has plenty of energy and loves to play, but when playtime is over, he’s more than happy to curl up with his favorite person. He’s also apparently pursuing a career in interior design—he loves rearranging the dog beds and toys to create what he believes is the perfect layout. 😂 Oscar does have a mischievous side. He LOVES food and may occasionally jump on tables or go looking for snacks. In fact, this little genius has figured out how to open Tupperware! We believe some of this comes from his history of food insecurity, so he’s still learning that he doesn’t have to worry about where his next meal is coming from. ❤️ Oscar is sweet, silly, energetic, affectionate, and just the right amount of naughty. He’s looking for a family who will give him patience, structure, cuddles, playtime, and most importantly, the chance to finally feel safe and loved. Foster home needed for this wonderful lady until we find her a home ! Her name is Thea she needs a place to go she currently lives in a small space .Likes cats/ other dogs good males. She would love for this part of her life to hangout watch TV go on a small hike and have you throw her a ball, loves toys and treats ,about 45 lbs. Older kids ok she lives with children under 5 and does ok but I think older would be best .

Sometimes a name just fits, and Precious is definitely one of those dogs. At 10 years young, she's a sweet, gentle, low-energy girl who can be timid at first, but give her a little time and her affectionate personality begins to shine. Precious gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has settled right into her foster pack (3 large dogs and 2 other chihuahuas) she's even starting to play a little! She loves being near her person—curling up beside her foster mom while she works or occasionally deciding they should share the office chair. She enjoys cuddles but is also perfectly content relaxing on her own. Once Precious bonds with you, she becomes your little lookout and will alert you when she hears something unfamiliar. She's shy with new visitors and just needs a little time to warm up. She's crate trained, walks well and has the cutest little prance. She gets around great and even uses a stool to hop onto the bed. Precious is also discovering TREATS—and she's a big fan! She's got quite the nose for people food, too. One exception: peanut butter is unacceptable. Precious has standards. She's still working on potty training and will let you know when she needs a nighttime potty break. She has no known pre-existing medical conditions. Precious may be 10, but she's still discovering new things and showing us more of her personality every day. She's looking for a patient, loving home where she can enjoy plenty of cozy spots, treats (hold the peanut butter!) and companionship. Sweet, gentle and just a little shy—that's our Precious. We’re guessing Labrador Retriever and Dachshund may be part of the recipe, though her age and breed are our best guesses. Whatever the combination, the proportions are pretty adorable. She’s fostered in a loving home with a wide variety of big and small dogs, and her foster describes her as happy, fun, and happy to offer a little management when she thinks the household needs it. Those little legs come with some personality! She enjoys being part of the crew and has a playful, affectionate side that shines in the comfort of her foster home. When we first met Flower Lilly, she took a little time to get acquainted. Even during those quieter first moments, her warm, gentle nature was easy to see. Hi, I'm Sweetie Speckles — a striking 4-year-old white and tan spotted miniature dachshund with a heart as big as they come! 🐕 I'm spayed, housetrained with a doggy door (which I taught myself to use in just 24 hours!), and crate trained, so I'm ready to settle right into your home. I'm friendly and playful with other dogs and cats, wonderful with children, and I love going for walks on leash and playing fetch with my ball. Even though I have some vision challenges, they don't slow me down one bit — I get around beautifully and live life to the fullest.
