TEXAS ADOPTION ONLY Hi my name is Cookee, and I'm the sweetest treat of a pup that you'll ever meet. People say I remind them of cookies and cream when I give them sweet kisses on the nose or bump up and snuggle with them when they're feeling down. I am a Dachshund-Basset mix and medium sized about 30# full grown. Sitting on people's couches or laps is my favorite pastime as I get to snuggle close to the people I love, which is practically everyone! I LOVE OTHER DOGS TOO!! I definitely want a home with other dogs :) As I am a bit on the older side and lived on the streets until I was saved with my babies in my tummy. I have been living at my foster home and am ready for my forever HOME!! I will need a patient and loving family to give me a good life of exercise- LOL, playtime, treats, love, affection, and belonging. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

TEXAS ADOPTION ONLY (BONDED PAIR) Oy Chico! Chico is a sweet couch potato, who is bonded with his brother Jefe! They are cute, little senior dachshunds who are hoping to be adopted together! They are a package deal, consider it a 2-for-1 special! Both have good energy and cannot stop wiggling their butts constantly! We are purebred dachshunds, with slightly different colored patches but all dachshund ALL the time! We are your standard dachshund size and have the temperament that would be great as a binge watching buddy, gaming friend or even a professional nappers (seriously we're that good.) Chico does have a seizure disorder that is controlled well with phenobarbital. His seizures were only about 1 a week but no one wants to let it happen so the meds were started and work GREAT! Local adoption fee is $300 for both of us (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $600 (includes transport to your area)

We are handily named AFTER the Four Brothers movie- Marky Mark, Tyrese , Garrett and Andre are all the most adorable lowriders you have ever seen!! We have low long bodies and cute wild faces who beg for love and attention and real homes!! Andre is my name and love is my game!! I am even learning about belly rubs from my brother Garrett, they are AWESOME!! I am a very middle of the road energy, I kind of ROLL with the FLOW. I am so happy to be safe and cannot wait until my furever family finds me!! We are just babies now so will be likely under 20# full grown, we get along with all dogs and people and even though we had a horrible beginning to life, we are looking for the VERY BEST MIDDLE AND END!! Minerva aka Mini is a lover and wants nothing more than to be with her person or people. Mini is super affectionate, loves belly rubs and snuggles, and is always ready to give you a kiss. Mini would love to have her people around as much as possible, she wants to be where you are. Mini's whole body wags and shakes with excitement when you open the door when you get home. Mini was a bit scared of her foster sisters at first but began to trust after a few days and she now loves spending time with them. She also loves her two legged brother. Mini cannot make her mind up about cats- one day she wants to love her cat and the next day she wants to chase her when the cat runs. When the day is done, Mini is ready to snuggle into her bed and give you kisses goodnight. This pretty snuggle bug is ready to have her furever home.

MEET CRAIG - This sweet, gentle and quiet 10-year-old Dachshund mix was saved from a California shelter, and was so very thin when rescued. But now he's at a healthy weight and looks great! Dogs don't come any sweeter than Craig, who is loving, easygoing and just a joy to have around. Craig will make a wonderful companion for someone who has a peaceful and quiet home. He deserves to be pampered after all he's been through. He's loves other dogs, too. Craig weighs about 17 lbs. He will be losing his foster home in mid-October. Please email for an application.
