Story
Ryder and his siblings were being given away for free in a parking lot. At just a few months old, we couldn't bear the thought of this sweet boy ending up in the wrong hands or facing a life of neglect and uncertainty. Since coming into rescue, Ryder has shown us just how loving and gentle he is. He's an affectionate puppy who enjoys attention, has done well with the dogs he's met, and is great with kids. As with any new dog, slow introductions to resident pets are always recommended to help set everyone up for success. Because Ryder is one of our newest intakes, he is currently available through foster or foster-to-adopt. This allows him—and his future family—the opportunity to ensure it's the perfect long-term match. If you're looking for a sweet, docile companion to grow up alongside your family, Ryder may be your guy.

Story
Meet Cordelia 🐾 Cordelia is a 5-year-old Dachshund mix weighing just 11 pounds, with a soft gray coat that's slowly recovering from a difficult past. Rescued from a hoarding situation, Cordelia arrived neglected and missing fur across much of her body. With proper care, good nutrition, and a safe environment, she's already beginning to heal, and her beautiful coat is gradually growing back. This little girl is incredibly shy, deeply insecure, and still learning that the world can be a kind place. She won't be the dog who rushes up to greet strangers or demands attention. Instead, Cordelia communicates in the sweetest, quietest ways—a gentle glance, a cautious step forward, or a tiny tail wag that feels like a huge victory. Every bit of trust she offers is something she has worked hard to give. Cordelia will need a patient adopter who understands that building confidence takes time. She relies heavily on the comfort and reassurance of other dogs and will need a confident, friendly canine companion in her future home. In fact, Cordelia is not a candidate for life as an only dog—she truly needs another stable, social dog in the home to help her feel safe and secure. She looks to other dogs for guidance, confidence, and comfort, and their presence helps her navigate new situations with far less fear. While her true personality is still emerging, the sweetness underneath is impossible to miss. With patience, consistency, a calm home, and the support of a canine friend, Cordelia's walls will continue to come down, revealing the loving companion waiting beneath them. If you have a gentle heart, a patient spirit, and a welcoming dog who can show her the way, Cordelia may be the perfect addition to your family. Watching her gain confidence and discover what it means to be loved will be one of the most rewarding journeys you can take. ✨🐶 Adoption fee is: $350 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. Story
Meet Canelo 🐾 Canelo is an approximately 2-year-old pup weighing in at a perfect 16–17 lbs. He’s house trained, great with other dogs, and rides nicely in the car—making him an easy companion for both home life and adventures. Canelo is a happy, healthy boy with a very sweet nature. He’s already neutered, microchipped, has had a dental cleaning, and received his first round of vaccines. He would do best in a home with another active dog, as he really thrives with a canine companion. No cats for this boy. If you’re looking for a loving, well-mannered dog to add to your family, Canelo could be the perfect match! 💛 Adoption fee is: $450 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. Story
Benjamin is new to our rescue and is settling in at his foster home.  At only 14 pounds he is a small pup......easy to pick up, hold in your lap, and take along for car rides.  Go ahead and apply to meet this cute fellow.  You will fall in love.  He is just adorable.  Best guess is he is some kind of Mini Dachshund mix. Benjamin, is about one year old.  He is neutered, has his rabies certificate, and is up to date on his vaccines.  His foster mom has not heard him bark once yet.....not even one time.....and he has been in rescue for five weeks now.   He is a quiet little fellow.  Benjamin needs a fully fenced yard, and someone who can be gentle and patient with him.  He gets nervous easily.  Benjamin loves to go on walks and walks very well on leash.  Do you want to meet this sweet babe?  Fill out an application and his foster mom will get in touch with you.June 20, 2026, 1:32 am

Story
Brownie is looking for forever home. She's been in the same home since she was a puppy. The owner was evicted and is in the hospital. She's currently staying with her aunt who is homeless and living in her car. She's never experienced having to stay in a crate. Her mommy passed away 2 years ago and she hasn't seen her daddy now in 5 days. She needs to go to a loving home that will spoil her like her mommy and daddy did. She is not current on shots it's been 3 years since she had any. As of last night she's now covered in fleas and I have no way to bathe her. PetSmart will let me bathe her there but not until she has a rabies shot. Please help her find a home.

Story
This is Versalchi, but we call her Salchi for short. She was bought through a breeder. She has been an amazing companion this time that I have had her. She loves being carried like a baby and loves to cuddle. She is potty trained with training pads. She will for sure follow you around the house to protect you. She gets along with other dogs, cats, and does well with kids.
