She is energetic, smart and very active, she likes to run around the horse barn all day long at her foster home. She will need a family to match her activity level. Sky is great with other dogs, cats, kids and horses. She really doesn't care for men, but if the man is patient and let's Sky come to him on her terms, she does better. Sky will take time and patience from her adopter. She is not a dog to be cuddled on, she decides if she wants to cuddle you. She does love to be close to her people however. What's not to like, I'm a handsome hunk, loving, friendly, good with other dogs and good with kids 11 yrs.+. I am a happy, silly puppy yet, who just loves life. I am also kennel trained, love sleeping on the couch right beside you and going for car rides. Toys are fun but I love bones! Running around the yard is the bestest! I'm 2 years old, happen to be Deaf, which has its advantages - thunder/fireworks don't phase me- what a bonus! I am already trained with hand signals, to sit, stay and lay down, hey I'm a smart kiddo. I like other dogs of all shapes and sizes, I have never been around those pesky felines. so not sure how I will do with them. I've had seizures in the past but have been without one in a very long time and have some anxiety but the medication I take helps with that. It just makes me a little bit more special. Kids are ok too, as long as they are older and respectful of my space. I have tons of energy & love my toys! My most endearing qualities are: My striking double blue eyes (yes, I can hear just fine) My cuddly demeanor Did I mention, I love kisses! My girlish figure is only 40 lbs. Can you say water? I'm nearly a spotted fish, I love the beach and any water I can get into. I can be a very nervous/anxious girl, I kinda learned that from my human mama. I can be particular about other canine friends and people. I will need to meet your canine, to be sure we are ok with each other. The best way to win my heart fast, is with treats or food. I am very protective of my home, I will bark at strangers but I'm not mean. Just let me come to you and we can be great friends. Love going to the dog park, I just don't care for those pushy dogs, who get all up in my face. I will hide behind mama. Right now, I spend most of my time in the backyard or in my crate and I'm only inside the house if supervised, although I have never been destructive.
