Story
Loki is 4.5 years old and an absolute sweetheart. He's grown up with kids and is very protective over them. He loves to cuddle and get under the blanket at the end of a long day, or hang out on the back of the couch while the family hangs out in the living room.He does struggle with separation anxiety, and has been taking Trazodone for about a year in order for us to leave the house without him constantly barking. Before that, I was always home with him. He is good with other dogs once acclimated, but is not good with cats. He is a very persistent, smart, and sneaky dog; if he can break out of a front door or hop a fence, he will, but always comes back.I think Loki would thrive with an owner who is very active and authoritative. I picture him going on runs, hikes, and even camping trips once properly trained. This is beyond heartbreaking but my life cannot accommodate Loki anymore, try as I might. He deserves someone who can give him everything he needs and more.

Story
Location: Fresno, CA Say hi to Atlas! This cutie guy is about 8-10 months old and was found roaming the streets. No microchip, no owner has been found. The finder cannot keep him, as he is very much a puppy and tends to run over her little dogs. He is currently 35 lbs. We are guessing Atlas to be a blend of Dalmatian and Cattle dog, that equals adorable & sweet. Gets along great with other dogs, of course after a proper introduction. He is very shy and timid at first, once he warms up, he just wants to be near you. Atlas loves to run and his recall is pretty good. He enjoys learning things, is easy to train, he will let you dress him up, brush his teeth, clean his ears, and he is good at letting you know he needs to potty Stuffies are his favorite thing to destroy, otherwise he might get into other things laying around, he is still a puppy. Loves nice, hearty chews to keep him busy. Atlas is getting more comfortable with kisses and hugs. We don't think he was ever cuddled before, still somewhat of a foreign concept to him. good car rider Atlas will be neutered with his adoption. We do not know about kids or cats at this time. We think he would be fine with kiddo's over 9+ years old. 💕 Meet Val (Valentine)! 💕Say hello to Valentine—“Val” for short—a sweet 3-year-old girl weighing about 53 pounds, currently looking for her forever home in Fresno.Val's journey hasn't been easy. She arrived at the shelter frightened and overwhelmed, but in foster care she has begun to blossom. Beneath her shy and timid exterior is an incredibly gentle, loving dog who simply needs time, patience, and understanding.Val is doing well with the other Dalmatian in her foster home and has discovered some of life's simple pleasures: cuddling on the couch, soaking up the sunshine, and playing with toys. Every day she gains a little more confidence.Because new experiences can be scary for her, car rides, busy walking areas, and loud noises are still stressful. Val has no aggression—when she's afraid, she simply tries to get away from what worries her. She will thrive with an adopter who understands that trust and confidence take time to build.Val's ideal home:A quiet, patient householdA securely fenced yardA friendly canine companionSomeone willing to let her adjust at her own paceShe prefers to eat her meals separately from other dogs, but she's happy to share treats and snacks with her canine friends. At this time, her compatibility with cats and children is unknown. If you're looking for a gentle soul who just needs a chance to feel safe and loved, Val may be the perfect match.Could Valentine be your Valentine? ❤️ 🐾Please copy & past the link below into your browser for our application:https://www.jotform.com/form/243374218477059Questions?Email us at: info@savethedals.org**Disclaimer: None of our dogs have been DNA tested, so we cannot guaranty they are 100% full pure breeds.**

Meet Blueberry 💙🐾 — your future adventure buddy!Blueberry is a 5.5-year-old, 52 lb sweetheart currently being fostered in Corvallis, OR after being rescued from a Southern California shelter. He’s the perfect mix of playful energy and grown-up maturity — ideal for someone who wants an active companion without the puppy chaos. This happy, wiggly guy loves:🫐 Long walks and exploring the neighborhood🫐 Food puzzles (his orange treat ball is a must!)🫐 Tug time with his favorite blue cow toy🫐 Snuffle mats and enrichment gamesBlueberry is deaf, which makes him extra special — and honestly, a pretty peaceful housemate. He sleeps soundly through noise and settles well in his crate, especially with a frozen treat. He already knows hand signals like sit and down, walks nicely on a leash, and is continuing to build great manners and impulse control. He’s:✔️ Crate trained✔️ Potty trained✔️ Friendly and affectionate✔️ Full of personality and joyBlueberry would thrive in a home where:🏡 He can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation🏡 He may be the only dog (or with slow, thoughtful introductions)🏡 A fenced yard is a bonus, but not required🏡 His humans are excited to continue working with him using positive reinforcementHe may have some prey drive (squirrels beware!), so careful introductions to small animals are important.Blueberry absolutely loves his people and will happily follow you around with a wagging tail and a big smile. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, and unique companion, he might just be your perfect match.📩 Reach out to learn more or meet Blueberry — he’s ready to find his forever home! Please copy & paste the link below into your browser for our application:https://www.jotform.com/form/243374218477059Questions: Emails us at: info@savethedals.org**Disclaimer: None of our dogs have been DNA tested, so we cannot guaranty they are 100% full pure breeds.**

Story
She was definitely loved and trained with some hand signals in her other life. We are tickled pink that we are fostering her. She's a petite little girl with enormous blue eyes (deaf), a coat that is so white and black spots. She's a sweetie who spins in circles when she sees you, gives waist-high hugs, and kisses. She loves to cuddle and spoon, and needs to be touching you when sleeping. She loves all the Dals she's being fostered with and loves to chase and play.

Story
This larger than life boy, Cooper is a 1 yr old with a larger than life personality to match. He's currently watching his weight and working to shed those extra lbs. asap. He's talkative, playful with dogs from 40-70 lbs., although he needs a slow intro as he spent the first 7 mos. in a kennel in an apartment and lacks socialization. He's smart and learns quickly. He's used to being walked at least once daily., but prefers to romp with the dogs. He tries to give hugs, but at his size and height, it would be best for no toddlers. He prefers females (obviously), but will play with non-assertive males too. This boy is looking for a big backyard and a loving family.
