If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/genericYou can learn about the adoption process by visiting:  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/.  Dog's Name:  Pup Anna (ANN0225ALAFD)Estimated Breed:   Dalmatian / Hound mix Approximate Age:  4 months    Approximate Weight:  20 LBS Currently Living at:  Foster     Adoption Fee:  $500DOG'S DESCRIPTION:  Meet gorgeous Pup Anna! Anna came to us from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama. The shelter is a scary place for a young pup, fortunately Anna has landed a nice foster home while she searches for her forever home. Anna is your typical young pup. She is friendly and outgoing. Playtime is her favorite time, and she loves making human and canine friends alike. At her young age, Anna is in her prime for training and socialization too. Anna is looking for an active home where she can share all her love, butt wiggles and wet nose kisses for many years to come. Submit an application today and change this sweet girl's life forever!  Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/  or email our Foster Coordinator at  foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSponsor Me!    Make a  tax-deductible donation  today by visiting us at http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/donate/  .
