Story
Woof! My name is Otis. I am a handsome Dalmatian mix! I am a strong guy who can get a little overzealous on walks - I just love going out and about to meet new people! People are my very favorite thing - I love getting pets and ear scratches, and giving you kisses and snuggles. Believe it or not, I'm definitely a lap dog! While everyone is super nice here, I'd much rather find a WOOFderful home! Maybe it's YOUR home? I am 83 pounds, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm tested. Come meet me! My adoption fee is $99.If you are interested in adopting me, please complete our online Adoption Application at https://rvspca.org/adopt/application/The Roanoke Valley SPCA offers adoptions by appointments Monday - Saturday between Noon and 7pm. Story
Abbott is 14 years old now but still full of life. Loves to play in short spurts, will still chase a random skunk or groundhog. His age is most shown in his difficulty climbing stairs and sensitive stomach. Abbott has been with the same family for the last ten years and has been a wonderful dog. He needs and deserves a good place to retire and live out his remaining time. He's fabulous with children, decent with other dogs, unknown with other animals ( does not like skunks and groundhogs)

Story
A is a total beauty! Such a sweet, kind, loving gal. She needs an owner who is home most of the day. Dals have some special care needs, nothing too crazy, but I will want to be sure you know them and consider it. She is approximately 6 years. Gets along well with other dogs is an understatement. She is absolutely precious. There will be a small rehoming fee to be sure she goes to a wonderful home. Serious inquiries only!

Story
This beautiful, unique girl is Amare. She still has a lot of puppy energy and she will need time, training and commitment. This girl has bounds of energy, so she would prefer an active lifestyle. Dalmatians are very specific to their breed. We would prefer breed experience for potential adopters, while not necessary. Amare is great with other dogs, she makes friends very quickly. If you are looking for a sweet, playful and motivated friend, AMARE is the one!.

Story
Pongo will be attending one of our adoption events coming up this weekend! To learn more about our upcoming events and to see which event they will be attending, please visit our event page at https://www.lostdogrescue.org/events/ (*please note that the specific event pages are typically updated on Fridays with information on which dogs will be attending which events*) For questions about Pongo prior to the event, please contact dogs@lostdogrescue.org Pongo is a curious boy who likes to explore, people watch, examine birds and squirrels. He is still getting used to taste testing everything on his walks! He's still catching on to how to do big doggo things, but learns quickly, and is just so excited to get attention. This sweet little boy is ready to socialize and make new friends. He can't wait for you to show him around and teach him new things!
