Meet RockyRocky is a 4-year-old purebred Doberman Pinscher who is equal parts sweet, silly, active, and incredibly devoted to his person. If you’re looking for a true Velcro dog, Rocky may be your guy!Rocky is incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle. He wants to be with his person as much as possible and is happiest when he can follow you around and be part of whatever you’re doing. He enjoys playing ball, playing with toys, chewing on big bones, and going for walks. He is an active boy who will need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He could also use some continued work on his basic commands. His recall is decent…when he decides he’s ready to come back!Rocky does well with other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. He is not good with cats, so a cat-free home is a must. He has done well with people, although we are currently unsure how he would do living with children. He is accepting of company and enjoys having people around.One of Rocky’s biggest challenges is separation anxiety. He was once an indoor dog and later transitioned to living outside, and he developed significant anxiety when separated from his person. If left alone, he may become destructive in an attempt to get out and find you. He can even jump a short fence if he knows his person has left. For this reason, Rocky would do best with a homebody, someone who works from home, or a family where someone is home much of the day.Rocky is not a fan of wire crates and can become destructive in them, but he has done well in a sturdy plastic crate and does well in a secure outdoor dog run with sturdy metal fencing. His new family should introduce crate time in very small increments, using high-value rewards to create a positive association rather than expecting him to tolerate long periods right away. His separation anxiety may also benefit from working with a veterinarian on a behavior plan, including consideration of medication if appropriate.The good news is that Rocky is a fantastic traveler. He does well in the car and, even when left in the vehicle, he doesn’t become destructive.Rocky is a big-hearted, active, incredibly loving Doberman who just wants to be with his person. He’ll need someone willing to help him build confidence and independence while giving him the companionship he craves. In return, you’ll get a devoted shadow, a cuddle buddy, a ball-chasing partner, and a dog who will be happiest simply knowing his person is nearby.October 20, 2026, 8:17 pm

Her name is dobey, she is 3 years old, she is turning 4 on Feb 5th, 2027. It was my brother’s original dog, but he decided he no longer wanted her & we decided to foster her/take her in until he found someone else to do so (he never did). She is the sweetest Doberman ever, she is friendly with kids, I have a toddler whom she spends time with but she does get a little nervous meaning, she gets timid/shy. She is not aggressive with people or other dogs. She has never bit anyone, but she loves running outdoors. She has been near cats but it’s not ideal as she gets too excited with cats. She does get car anxiety, & she loves being attached to the hip (the cutest) I’m hoping someone who has the time or the space for her to run around can take her in, she will be the most loyal, loveable & clingiest dog ever🤍. I’m unfortunately not able to keep her much longer due to my tight schedule, unable to take her on walks or runs/give her the attention needed.

We found him eight months ago as a stray, and while he was emaciated at the time, he has grown into a very friendly, healthy, and happy boy!Apollo is:• House trained and crate trained• A big fan of playing catch all day long• Sweet, snuggly, and very treat motivated• Knowledgeable of basic commands like "sit" and "lay down"• OK with our senior female Husky but needs to be the only dog otherwise (there’s potential that he could get along with the right personality type)Apollo has successfully completed a course in Beginning Dog Obedience & was awarded a Certificate of Accomplishment from Albree Dog Training (a group dog training at the park with other dogs).
