Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out !Poor Rusty, he was involved in a neglect case and was removed from his abusive owners in a terrible state.  He was severely under weight and malnourished.  He had hair loss and sores on his body.  His eyes begged for help.  We couldn't let him suffer and then be a candidate for euthanasia so... he is an ASR pup now!  He is friendly to human and likes to pal around with his dog friends.  He has not been cat tested, but he does have a gentle demeanor.  He LOVES toys.  If there is a ball he is chasing it our chewing on it.  He is good on a leash and doesn't mind his baths.  Overall he is a very good boy and would be the perfect addition to a loving home that would want to pamper him for the rest of his days.  If you would like to meet Rusty, please submit an application through our website at www.amazingstraysrescue.org.  Rusty is neutered, microchipped, up to date on yearly vaccines and current on flea and tick prevention.  His adoption fee is $495.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 24, 2024, 5:31 pm

Story
How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a community member on 5/17/24. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Peony! This beautiful dog came to the El Cajon campus as a stray with another dog. The finders had kept her for a period of time and reported that Peony also got along with their resident dogs. While we unfortunately don't know much more about their background, we can see that both Dahlia and Peony are very shy girls who need patience and positive reinforcement in order to blossom. We don't require them to be adopted together, but Peony may thrive in a home with a social dog who can bring her out of her shell. If she tugs on your heartstrings, consider adopting Peony today! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tri Color Weight: 76 Age: 1yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Taylor is a beautiful tall female. She is high energy high drive. She is good with dogs and takes a little to warm up with people but will be good after introduction. She really needs someone who will want to provide enough physical and mental exercise. Taylor will also need someone willing to work with her separation anxiety which is something we will guide you through our training program which is part of the adoption. Taylor would be a great companion for someone who likes running and hiking. She is also for someone who would like teach her and train with her with activities because of her drive.May 24, 2024, 12:07 am
