Story
Chia is a sweet 1 1/2 yr old spayed, approx. 50 lbs female Doberman who we sadly need to find a new home for. This is due to an urgent and unexpected need to move out of housing. She needs some socializing skills before introducing her to new dog. She has not been introduced to cats, any other animals, or children. She lived with one dog and got along with him. She sometimes needs time to warm up to new people and earn their trust, once she does she will sneak kiss you in the face and cuddle (she's been cuddled a lot). She is protective of her people and will bark to let others know she's there. Because of this it would be best if a loving and patient person is willing to work with her to correct this with consistency and routine. It's totally doable. She needs routine to know when it's bathroom time as well, and is getting better. She can sit, laydown, touch, spin, wait, get down, come, stay. She loves ball and can entertain herself with one which is a funny thing to witness.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out !Poor Rusty, he was involved in a neglect case and was removed from his abusive owners in a terrible state.  He was severely under weight and malnourished.  He had hair loss and sores on his body.  His eyes begged for help.  We couldn't let him suffer and then be a candidate for euthanasia so... he is an ASR pup now!  He is friendly to human and likes to pal around with his dog friends.  He has not been cat tested, but he does have a gentle demeanor.  He LOVES toys.  If there is a ball he is chasing it our chewing on it.  He is good on a leash and doesn't mind his baths.  Overall he is a very good boy and would be the perfect addition to a loving home that would want to pamper him for the rest of his days.  If you would like to meet Rusty, please submit an application through our website at www.amazingstraysrescue.org.  Rusty is neutered, microchipped, up to date on yearly vaccines and current on flea and tick prevention.  His adoption fee is $495.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 11:33 am

Taylor is a beautiful tall female. She is high energy high drive. She is good with dogs and takes a little to warm up with people but will be good after introduction. She really needs someone who will want to provide enough physical and mental exercise. Taylor will also need someone willing to work with her separation anxiety which is something we will guide you through our training program which is part of the adoption. Taylor would be a great companion for someone who likes running and hiking. She is also for someone who would like teach her and train with her with activities because of her drive.July 22, 2024, 6:37 pm

DOB: March 2020Weight: 45 lbsDisposition: Athletic, Well-behaved, FriendlyAre you looking for a dog that is smart, outgoing and fun? I mean, c'mon, who isn't? Well then, you must meet our most under-rated boy, Nash, a handsome Doberman mix! Nash is eager to learn and treat-motivated, so no doubt will be excited to learn some new tricks (he already knows the sit command)! He loves walks (and while he's a solid medium size, walks wonderfully using a sensation harness) and really any kind of activity you'd be willing to take him on. He'll definitely love joining you for hikes, long walks, dog park visits, and all the other adventures you'll no doubt take together. In addition to being intelligent and active, Nash is also a big fan of affection - both giving and receiving. He loves pets and attention when interacting with our volunteers, and he also gets along nicely with the other dogs in his playgroup. He's also housetrained! What more could you ask for?Watch a video of Nash here: https://youtube.com/shorts/vYKfQG4-LO8?feature=shareNash would love to meet you.
