We are currently doing courtesy posts because we don't have space in our rescue to bring dogs in. Diesel (under 2yrs male) is desperately needing of a new loving home. The owner gave him to the neighbor after the neighbor pleaded with them to let her take him because he was housed outside all day everyday since he's a puppy on a tiny cement patio with no sunlight and hardly any walks or interaction. Diesel is a sweet shy boy who has been horribly neglected all his life but is so eager to love people. Due to his neglect because he hasn't been around children or other animals we believe it's best to be the only dog in home. It is very possible for him to be around other animals and kids with proper training in the future. Thoran is a 6 year old purebred who is incredibly loving. He is very attention focused and loves to play. He's good with older children and is usually very well behaved although he has picked up some bad food habits from my father in law. We don't feed him table food but recently have had some poor behavior in pursuit of people food. Turns out my father in law was feeding him from the table unbeknownst to us. Some retraining should fix him up.

Story
Kobe is a 5 y/o Min Pin, he is reactive and anxious (fearful) but very intelligent, loving and stubborn. Unfortunately does have human bite history. House and leash trained but has very high energy and loves to pull here and there. He is vocal (will tell you and show you h hungry/thirsty), very food and toy motivated, knows many commands sit/stay, take/leave it, lay down/off, go pee/poop, hug, etc. Overall he’s very sweet, cuddle bug, great companion, loves runs, swimming, hiking and with the right person he’ll walk off-leash after a bit of training with him, re-call needs more work. Good with pets (introduce first in calm environment). His reactivity started progressing from 3 y/o after an abuse incident with a family member, we’ve been working with him as much as we can but after his neuter we noticed he started getting aggressive. He needs professional training (costly), a lot of patience, maybe a dog who is great with others and lots of time with exercise and mental stimulation.
