The incredibly good looking boy is Koda. He walks like a panther but his butt gets uncontrollably wiggly with just a few pets. He’s sweet and calm and great on walks. He hasn’t had a real home in almost a year and he’s waiting for a family or person to call his own. He also enjoys cuddles with wiggly hugs and little chin kisses. Koda is Negative for heartworms! The first step in our adoption process is an application. Once that is received, we will contact you to make an appointment to meet the animal. April, sweet April!! She’s stunning! She’s sweet! She’s got the best personality! She’s strong and healthy because she loves walks! April has it all! This unbelievably great dog is about 5 years old and has spent more than a year in the shelter. April will laugh at your jokes harder than you will, stop for belly rubs, and lay in your lap in the sun. She’s a spunky girl looking for a family to call her own. She gets along with other dogs, but does not like cats. April is Negative for heartworms! The first step in our adoption process is an application. Story
I like to end a busy day at the shelter by sitting quietly with Lynk and Loki. If you came by the shelter, you may not even see these boys: closely snuggled together in their igloo, just waiting. Lynk is chill, sweet, even tempered, and shy. He likes walks, but he loves to sit in the grass and lay his head in your lap. Lynk has an almost identical brother but can be adopted separately. Lynk has a black spot around his eye and half white ear. Lynk is Negative for heartworms and ready to end his year and a half without a home or family. The first step in our adoption process is an application. Story
I like to end a busy day at the shelter by sitting quietly with Loki and Lynk. If you came by the shelter, you may not even see these boys: closely snuggled together in their igloo, just waiting. It took weeks to tell them apart but they can be described the same: chill, sweet, even tempered, and shy. They like walks, but they love to sit in the grass and lay their heads in your lap. Loki will listen to all your secrets, then lock them in his “Mind Stone” mark on his perfect forehead. Loki can be adopted alone or with his brother, if they are the only dogs. He is Negative for heartworms and ready for his long stay at the shelter to be over. The first step in our adoption process is an application. Once that is received, we will contact you to make an appointment to meet the animal. Adoption Applications can be completed at www.WFAHS.org
