Story
We reacued him from a kill shelter 24 hours before his date. He seems to have been mistreated with water, as he will not get in it…at all. Was very skittish for a while. Has become a nice dog as he has grown. He loves to play fetch with anything that resembles a ball and will do so until a person cannot toss a ball any longer. Our issue is fencing. He is a good jumper. He cannot cleanly jump our 4 foot high fence, but can jump and climb out quickly. He normally stays in the yard well, but sometimes gets near the road a little too closely. Causing issues as we live in a busy street. If he has room to roam, he will thrive.

Opal is a loving and loyal girl who longs for a place to call home and people to love unconditionally! Month after month she watches other dogs find their forever families while she remains left behind, quietly hoping her turn will finally come. This beautiful girl has waited far too long to find the happily ever after she’s been dreaming of, Opal has so much love to give and is ready to spend her days being a devoted companion. Opal is a six year old black mouth cur mix who absolutely loves kids of all ages and everyone she meets but she needs a home where she can be the only pet. She is kennel/house trained, spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and heartworm tested negative. Story
We have had Baggins since he was about 2 months old and we are unable to continue with his care at this time. He has ear and skin sensitivities that requires monitoring and (OTC) treatment. We don't have family to take him in/adopt. He's incredibly laid back, used to other dogs and somewhat friendly with cats (he will sometimes chase). His main activities are sleeping and eating and he just had his 10th birthday in April. We want to find another chill/relaxed home environment for him with someone that is able to commit to his aging needs and appreciation of his slower lifestyle.

Story
Hank the Handsome is a shy, emotionally tender soul who spent several weeks on the lam, wandering the community frightened and alone, and while we may never know his full story, we do know he is a dog with a gentle heart fighting to feel safe again. Once brought into care, this delicate boy began to shine in the sweetest ways—tentative tail wags, soft play bows, long naps in cozy corners, and even hiding his favorite bones as if saving treasures for a better tomorrow. Every day he reveals a little more of his goofy, loveable personality, reminding us why watching a scared street dog blossom is one of the greatest joys in rescue. Hank is ready for someone patient, calm, and kind who will give him the room to open up at his own pace and the love he has always deserved.

Story
Yep... Jake from State Farm finally clocked out and is looking for a new career—as your best friend. This handsome Aussie-looking gentleman was found wandering the streets, and while we don't know everything about his past, we do know one thing: despite whatever he's been through, Jake has held onto the sweetest heart. Jake is incredibly gentle, kind, and respectful. He's wonderful around children, has lovely manners, and greets the world with quiet optimism. He's the kind of dog who doesn't demand attention—he simply earns it with his calm presence and soulful eyes. Right now, Jake is on a journey. He's working on gaining some healthy weight, rebuilding his strength, and learning that life can be full of belly rubs, soft beds, full meals, and people who will never let him down again. Watching dogs like Jake blossom is one of our favorite parts of rescue. Every good meal, every happy tail wag, and every little spark of confidence is another step toward the dog he was always meant to be.

Needs experienced adopter,
Story
My little boy Rocky is a beautiful, energetic, stubborn, and smart German Shepherd. He is nervous around new things that being people or animal, and I would love a experienced and patient dog owner to care for him in a way I couldn't. He does need time and discipline due to him being a stay in dog and not properly trained as I wished. I hope someone can give him a chance and discipline he deserves.
